Went to pick up my glasses and they were handed to me. No adjustments no anything. Just here u go. Tried them on at the register and said they needed adjustment. Still no help. Minor adjustment with a pliers at the register. Very u professional. I now have a sore on the side of my nose by my eye. Unbelievable. Never again
