Came here to pick up a photo order. It was quick and easy. Store was clean and organized. The staff person that rung me up was not rude nor nice but I feel like she was having a bad day. It’s a bit of a sketchy location so just be aware of that.

This store is horrible make their own policy's. Went on Sat Aug 26, 2023 and saw the lotto machine in the front and decided to buy some scratcher's. Went home scratch them and won so decided to return to cash them in. Well to my surprise the cashier wouldn't cash it because they don't cash winning tickets over $100 even though on the back it said you cash winning tickets up to $599. The cashier told me to go to Food 4 less to cash it. If you advertise lotto tickets you should also comply with the rules and not make up your own rules and refuse service. This store just has employees that don't wanna work!

Don't go here this is the 2nd time they don't have the antibiotics ready for me.The manager said they don't have it in stock. How in this earth the antibiotics is not stocked in a pharmacy?they don't call you to tell you anything regarding your medication or to tell you is not in stock until you get there and surprise your medication is not here you need to wait days?Close this pharmacy this is not a 5 star pharmacy.

I do not recommend this CVS for printing photos. I had just gotten off work and since it wasn't too far from home (which I just moved into the city less than a month ago), I decided to pass by and print some photos since I've been trying to decorate the walls with empty photo frames I had bought. It's been months since I've been to a CVS to print photos and I didn't want to wait an hour for them to print out since I was tired and hungry from work, but also my pregnancy (I'm five months along). So I forgot to make sure the photos weren't cropped, but full framed. I really wish there was a setting at the end before you put in the order to change the cropping for all of them at the same time. When I realized my mistake half my photos were printing and as I counted them I realized I hated how they looked. In some photos the face was cropped or too zoomed in and that makes it really unappealing to me. One of the girls who works there was actually nice enough to help, but when she went to ask her manager he wasn't any help. He just recommended her to tell me that I could try again or take them as is, but I would still have to pay for the ones that had already printed. I ended up skimming through some I hated, but in the end I paid about 40$ bucks for some photos that are okay and some that I reprinted and a lot that I don't like. Honestly, I feel like I could have been helped a lot more or be given the opportunity to retry and let them trash the faulty ones into the recycling bin. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here for photos nor try to print them from their app. I almost did but they come out really zoomed in and there is no option for full framed or putting the white border which I prefer. Also, if you do decide to go print photos there, count them before you pay because not all of them come out of the printing machine. Some got stuck in the machine and if I hadn't counted them I would be missing 23 photos!

The woman at the register was very rude to me when I came in today. When I handed her my extrabucks and extra care card to scan, she snapped at me that I "needed to use the same card as earlier." Confused, I asked her "what?" And she repeated that I needed to use the same card as earlier when I came in with my mom. Well I hadn't come in earlier, especially not with my mom, so I said "umm that wasn't me." And she basically kept arguing with me on that I had been in there earlier and was treating me like a criminal for supposedly "using another extra care card." SO RIDICULOUS. Ok I get it, maybe some people abuse the extra buck system, but don't start getting rude to customers unless you are 100% sure you have your facts right. HORRIBLE customer service.
