Pros: They were able to fill my Rx in a timely manner. I found the pharmacist to be helpful, a bit on the cold side, but after a little conversation, we were better. I read the reviews and wonder if niceties go farther than we think. They are humans, have bad days, get cranky customers, and process hundreds/thousands of scripts in a day. Give them a break....I would want one. I love the way that CVS handles the medication information. I get all the information I could possibly use with each Rx. I choose CVS specifically because of this feature.Cons: The wait lines are too long. There is usually only 1 "cashier" the 3 times I have been to this location. The store is quite a bit messy and dirty. This location needs a deep clean.I look forward to giving them another chance and hope they will step up their game.Update: We again visited this location and the lines were so much shorter. They were still friendly but we were in and out of this location very quickly. This has moved up for us.

Lines are usually long here but this last time was the worse. I was about 14th in line and I had people behind me. Once I got to the counter the person had no sense of urgency, very nonchalant taking his time going back and forth to a computer in the back. Unfortunately the other pharmacies in the area are no better. Guess I have to stick with the lesser of two evils.

I had a little over $5 rewards at CVS. I stopped at CVS on Iris/LaSalle to use. I picked up a bag of Reese’s, Almond Joy, Kit Kat and Hershey. Price on shelf started $6.49. Cashier rang up as $9.49 and with rewards amount she stated I owed $4. I took a pix of shelf price, but she stated she could not leave her register to confirm, so could not adjust it. I asked for a manager. Manager came, confirmed price and adjusted. When I got home, the candy was smashed and Hershey bars broken so I could not put in Halloween goodie bags.I tried to use this same $5 on Thursday to buy a birthday card at the Hemlock store. Cashier stated it was not there, so I left merchandise.I do not want their rewards $$ anymore as I waste more $$ in gas trying to use it.

There are no words that can describe how awful this pharmacy is and how they need a total restructuring of their staff. On Monday, November 6, 2023 I called the pharmacy at 2:00 p.m. to ask if my husband's prescription of Nitroglycerin was ready for pick up I was told they were waiting on the physician to call it in, I then asked if they had the medicine in stock, in which the gentlemen responded "Yes". I immediately called the physician and they called the prescription in. At 4:32 p.m. I called back and spoke with Ed and asked again if they received the prescription and if it was ready for pick up. Ed informed me that they just received it and it would not be ready for a while, I responded I have a 2-hour drive home from work I would see them at 6:30 p.m. He said ok, see you then. When I got to the drive-thru a car was in front of me I waited for 25 minutes for the car to move. When I finally got to the window I inquired about the prescription in which the pharmacist Katherine told me it was not ready and they did not have the medicine in stock. I informed her about my earlier two phone calls and she stated very rudely "Well there is nothing I can do, I do not have it in stock". I then asked if she could please call a nearby pharmacy and see if they have it because my husband really needed his medicine. She told me to get out of the drive-thru and come in the store then she would call for me. I told her I had waited 30 minutes already in the drive-thru could she please call, it would only take her a few minutes, I was tired and just wanted to get his medicine and go home. She said, "You had not waited for 30 minutes and NO I will not call and if you do not move I will call the police" I got so upset, but never raised my voice and I told her no problem I would call the police, in which I did. I explain to the dispatcher what was going on and I had the phone and speaker so she could listen. The dispatcher could not understand why she could not help me. While I was speaking with the dispatcher she yelled "your prescription is at the CVS on Alessandro" I thanked the dispatcher and told him that the pharmacist found the prescription and I was about to leave. Katherine at this point shoved the address of the Alessandro pharmacy in the window and told me to google it and find out where it was. I then told her do not ever threaten to call the police on me because I am not afraid of the police because I was not doing anything wrong. After I got home the Police Sergeant called and said he was going up to the store to talk to her and he would call me back. When he called me back he said I can truly understand what you went through he said she was even rude to him and had a terrible disposition and the Sergeant apologized for her rudeness. I informed him that I met Kathrine a week before because she gave my husband and I our vaccinations and at that time she was extremely rude and cold. I even tried to lighten her bad mood by having simple conversation and asking her if she was having a good day, was she tired in which she just shrugged her shoulders. Something needs to be done about this woman, she is supposed to be a professional with a college degree, she needs to learn how to deal with people and change her attitude. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED LONG TIME CUSTOMER! WE WILL BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE UNTIL THEY FIX THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THAT STORE ON IRIS AND LASSELLE IN MORENO VALLEY.

I switch from Walgreens to here, and honestly at this point I am just going to look into getting my medications mailed to me. The store was dirty today, more than usual. There were several people at the pharmacy department but only one helping patients get their prescriptions, no one greeted anyone to tell them that they would be right with us. Everyone seemed to not want to be at work today, but they sure were busy conversing with themselves. When I finally got to the window to get my RX the girl was very unfriendly, she looked like she just rolled out of bed very unkept.

I only come to this one once in a blue moon, but every time I've been here the employees are extremely nice. I had a little issue with ordering pictures, but the gentleman help me get it figured out, and I really appreciated his patience and understanding he was amazing. I believe his name was Armin

This pharmacy is slow to fill Rx's. Staff is uncooperative and it is understocked. Don't trust your health to this place.

They have a sign on the door stating they close a 10pm. But doors are locked at 9:40pm.

This pharmacy is fast on prescriptions and they actually answer when you call. The customer service of most of the people i dealt with has been amazing. This pharmacy also saved my sons life by not questioning me about a pneumonia 23 vaccine i needed to get for my son to save his life cause he has lung problems . I paid out of pocket for the pneumonia vaccine for my son and although my insurance didnt cover it at a pharmacy they still serviced me despite me having medi-cal. Other places will be like you have medicaid so you have to go through your doctor we dont accept that blah blah its fraud and illegal. But this pharmacy actually accepted me paying out of pocket. Since the vaccine i got my son has not been catching pneumonia anymore and has no more coughs and reoccurring infections and he's able to go to school now without getting pulled out for his sickness. To all the pharmacist and staff here you have saved my sons life and have done more for him then any doctor. It would take me weeks to months to get an appointment for a doctor. But this pharmacy did the pneumonia vaccine the next day and they even had same day appointments. Awesome service. The wait times are not the greatest but they sure got alot better than before. In addition the wait times are better than some other pharmacies in the area. The 150 dollars i spent was well worth it. The vaccine last 5-10 years but im hearing it could be life time as well. But even if i had to vaccinate my son every 5 years i would be back here for the service.

Super upset with CVS. I always order photos at Wal Mart for same day pick up and get my photos perfectly. Today I tried using CVS as Walmart had all their kiosks down. I ordered wallet size photos of my son, when I went to the store to pick up the lady spent over 10 minutes trying to find them. Also she almost gave me someone else's photos until I told her this is not my last name on the order. There was literally no other employee in the store besides this one person at the register. I finally got my envelope and confirmed it was my order, however once I got home I was super upset to find out the photos are blurred . I ordered an 8x10 and those were okay except the wallet sized pictures. It is Father's Day and i had plans for a gift with the wallet sizes so this ruined everything. You would think once they came out in the printer that someone would notice there is an issue with the color and quality of the photo. I'm upset and feel it is not worth even going back to complain. One star is my rating because I cannot choose lower than that .

CVS on Iris Blvd in Moreno Valley CA . At least three times weekly, the drive-through computer crashes. Something needs to be done with this situation, or CVS need to get a new computer system. You are on the drive-through at least 15 minutes, and once it is your turn at the window, you get " Can you come inside the computer crashed?" When the system stops working, at least a sign should be posted. "DRIVE THRU OUT OF SERVICE". This has happened to me over THREE TIMES.
