Stop charging people for reusable bags if you don't want to bag their purchases. Every Dollar Tree has a different policy and it is annoying. The employee touches the customers items but they can't bag the merchandise if I bring one of their clean reusable bags from home smh, no customer service at all. Let's replace the employee with self checkout service or start giving the customer a discount for doing the employees job, let it make sense if I'm doing the work. Employee Angie was so proud that she didn't have to bag my items. I wonder if they will be so happy when they're no longer needed to do anything.

Disappointed with Dollar Tree’s Hours on 11/23/24
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Dollar Tree tonight. The posted hours clearly state that the store is open until 10 PM on Saturdays, but the store closed earlier than advertised. If your hours have changed, they should be updated online and on the store signage.
It’s frustrating to plan a trip based on advertised hours, only to find out the store has closed early without notice. Customers rely on consistency, especially in the evening. This lack of consideration and communication is unacceptable.

This is the only Dollar Tree I will go to. I have one less than a mile away but don't like that store because it feels ghetto.

I visited this Location today, usually the cashiers are nice BUT the cashier today didn't help me at the register until she finished pushing the baskets where the baskets are stored then she picking up papers putting them away, I was looking at her because she know I was at the register waiting, then she come to the register giving me a FAKE SMILE, I paid for my items she threw the receipt, I didn't catch the receipt it fell on the counter, I said to her you dropped my receipt, she said have a good day in a nasty tone of voice, we were saying things back and forth. I believe that bleached blonde was have a bad day.

So Angelica got about 20 people in line one person asking for a lot of balloons. I asked the manager can she has some help he tells me he don’t only one there he’s on break but she got over 20 people in line. He was real rude very unprofessional

Was there today, very nice store overall, I'm use to the stores having one cashier, and a fairly long line, I wish this practice would stop, or at the very least have associates ready to help when they see a long line instead of having the only cashier having to call over the intercom for assistance with the line, this happened during my visit today of course and it took a shopper to come up and have the cashier for backup, and behold two associates come out of the office that is located next to the registers so they saw the line build up laughing and chatting til they made they're way over to a register to help, prior to the associate calling for backup, I had even gone out of the way to grab some balloons that I wanted to purchase because the cashier was so backed up, I didn't mind grabbing the balloons because I have been put in the same position.

So I was super excited to see we had a new dollar tree in our area. To my surprise this place is huge. I actually only went for one specific thing but after walking around the nicely organized store I of course ended up with much more. Everything was arranged nicely and the store was very clean. Parking is ample and the store is located in a nice shopping center area. I will definitely come back to this location.

I went in this location thinking it'll be the same old messy, dusty, overwhelming cluttered store as all dollar trees.... I WAS WRONG. This location is huge and organized and April the checker was super sweet and happy to be there. I thanked the mgr for having such a great store. Wished him well, as we are still in Moreno valley and really hope we treat it well. Thank you.
