I have been shopping at Express for years now and never have i experienced such bad customer service till this day. Not once were my mom and i greeted while in the store and we were like the only ones in there. we walked straight past the associates at the cash wrap and still nothing. We were shopping the clearance section and we were able to hear the associates conversation. They kept yapping their mouth about pretzels. Once i was ready to checkout the manager Kimberly was ringing me up and instead of focusing on ringing me up she kept the conversation going between her and the other associates.i just think that her as the Manager on duty would be a little more professional and not have a personal conversation while at checkout with a customer.

So I know everybody has been to express.... Why am I slow. I truly thought it was for a younger crowd. Imagine my surprise when I walked in looking for dress slack. I loved all the different styles, not to mention all the noises and shirts. I will be back to update my wardrobe.

Well I have shopped at Express before and I LOVE they style and clothes I jus hope they have a clearance rack cause I got my money worth it for excellent material, and a lot of different choices from the clearance RACK

Nothing for size small. This store discriminates against petite people even though the demand for size XS and Small is high. Even in new items, there is no size 0 or 00.

I debated forever about purchasing something from Express. I finally broke down and bought a pair of jeans on line. Unfortunately, they didn't fit and I contacted customer service and asked how to initiate a return by mail. I was sent a slip via email to use at UPS to mail in my return. It did not cover any return postage fees and it cost me $17 to return this pair of jeans! It seems almost every good store is offering free returns right now. I immediately called their customer service thinking perhaps they could somehow make this first time customer Ave a better experience. But no....... I was told there was nothing they could do.I am so dissatisfied and mad that I ever gave them a try. I will go back to Abercrombie again for any future jean purchases. In a time where so many stores are closing, I would've thought they would've tried harder to keep a customer.
