Hello my name is Daniel and I would love to share my experience at extra space storage first and foremost I want to thank Andrea Juarez for being very respectful and help with any questions that I had she has great customer service and carries herself very well I wish that we had more people with the people skills that she has and I only say that because my appearance more times than not intimidate people but she talked to me with respect and just was very helpful thank you Andrea if I ever hear or know anyone that needs storage best believe extra space storage is the first place I'm recommending hands down 💯

We’ve been at this storage for a few years now and it has been great and we’ve never had any issues with our stuff being protected! Even when our storage prices for higher, Andrea helped us out! She helped us transfer to a bigger storage with no issues or problems. She is so kind and helpful. Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve had. I’d recommend this store to anyone!

I’m a new customer at Extra Space Storage. When I first walked into the office, Kristine greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome. Everything initially felt very friendly and professional.
Based on my understanding that the indoor units were behind the gate, I chose to rent an indoor unit. However, when I went to see it, I found it at the end of a narrow corridor, about 200 feet away—too far for me to carry my belongings.
I politely asked Kristine to change my unit. Another employee with more experience stepped in and kindly helped me switch to an outdoor unit where I could park right at the door. Unfortunately, she didn’t give me all the details about the new unit number or how to open it.
Later, when I asked Kristine for this information, her attitude completely changed—she was rude and said she didn’t know anything, telling me to ask the other employee who had already left. All of this happened after Kristine made sure she had already received a positive review.
That’s why I don’t want to renew my contract with them for another month, and I’ll look for another place.

This is my first time renting with Extra Space Storage in Riverside. Andrea is hands down the BEST manager I have ever dealt with, she went above and beyond for me and my daughter!!!! The facility is clean and very well kept. I highly recommend!!!!

It’s rare to find personable customer service for anything these days. Store manager, Andrea is a pro at what she does and handles the check in/facility tour smoothly and informatively—all of which are tailored in with my needs. Her tour of the facility and the sizes of units available was straight to the point with no frills. After signing up and redeeming the deal they gave me for my first month, I felt at ease with moving my entire previous home into one of their units. Access to the site is also convenient using their app to open gates and make payments. Thanks to Andrea for walking me through how to use the app and the sweet spot for triggering the gate to open. Its details like these observed by hard workers Andrea and Michelle that give me confidence that I am in good hands.
Location wise, this storage facility is right off the intersection of the 215 and 60 freeways, perfect to load in and load out en route to either direction.
Thanks to Andrea and Michelle again for their exceptional service.
