Bad customer service,, whent there about warranty on almost new Bridgestone tire coming in 2024 Camry , they refused to review the tire and communicate with Bridgestone, I’m previously call Bridgestone and they give me ref number open case , but this guy just don’t want to review the tire and make a call ,. I went to American tires after that , opposite history nice and friendly people, he do his job properly help me with this situation,, after a couple calls 50% off refund ,, thanks American tires Moreno Valley (eucalyptus)?

First I want to say this place is a scam. I had my car checked by a regular mechanic and than a week later a experience expert mechanic, this person made me feel like they know what there doing but they said and made me waste money for a raditor check up and fan check up they said I need to replace my radiator and fan but the fan works and the radiator is fine the other mechanic found the problem and fixed it and also the mechanic did not let me know I had misfiring and I paid for all this around 171 dollars, never coming back AVIOD THIS PLACE AND JUST DO PEPBOYS OR A LOCAL CITY MECHANIC.

These people lie, did not warranty my tires because the way it was worn out he said. Had a blowout on the freeway so obviously the tire was gone in pieces. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Went for an oil change and left happy came back when my car was letting a lot of smoke out the exhaust they checked for a leak and said it was good I ended up taking it to the dealership and guess what my oil was horrible they showed it to me and fixed it for free I drive 5 min to and from work and walk everywhere my oil should have been fine so I will never return here been coming for years since my first car how disappointing

Had a 3pm appointment on 4/22/24 in Moreno Valley, on Alessandro Blvd for wheel alignment. Upon arrival, I was informed they didn't show a reservation for me (although I have reservation number), and tjat there were two appointments in front of me. How is that when I had a 3pm appointment. Stay away form this place folks...

Overall, my experience with fire stone was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others against doing business with them. They have a lot of room for improvement in terms of product quality, customer service.

Bad experience, female advisor (red hair/glasses) has no patience or customer service, keep rolling her eyes & made irritating faces, took my tires and business somewhere else !!

Showed up at 3:50PM and was turned away due to being end if day even though they dint close till 5pm but I saw 3 employees sitting down and open bays. Just needed a car inspection for Uber and they didn't want to do it. Been a long time customer with firestone and today I will no longer be going to them any more after this experience.

All the reviews regarding the appointments are accurate. They do not respect your appointment date or time. Instead they suggest another date just to be as disappointed as the original visit. Horrible service, stay away. Jesse and Michelle made my first time visit at this location unpleasant. Wish there was an option for zero stars.
