Won’t be coming back to this gym. One of the workers named Jamie is a total weirdo. I would go early mornings and she would give me tons of dirty looks for no reason. So I stopped going in the morning and went in the afternoon but she seems to spend her time at the gym whether she’s working or not. Canceled my membership due to her being a complete idiot.

Very small and always packed.. closes too early and they try to trick you into getting the premium pass making it seem it is the only option available.

Great staff and people. Is a really good place to workout and feel no judgment while working out. I met some great people Diana and Anais have really help me with having that confidence of coming in and making me feel like part of the team. Five star rating is what I experience.

Do not sign up with any fitness 19. Canceling my gym membership should not be this hard. I spoke with the manager regarding cancelling my membership and I was still charged an additional 2 months of membership fees after canceling. It wasn’t until I called the corporate office and complained did they finally cancel my membership. No clear communication on how to cancel and I’m out 2 months worth of fees I can’t get back.

Terrible gym cancele mi membresía y todo normal, luego salieron con un cargo de dinero de 325 de meses y de cancelación, aparte reportaron todo eso al crédito para dañarlo y me hicieron bajar 100 puntos de crédito. Ojo con estos ladrones, tramposos no contraten ese servicio de porquería les van a dañar su crédito como me hicieron. Cuidado con este gym , hacen cargos fantasma aparte te quieren dañar

Terrible customer service. Many of the employees are immature and unwilling to help. If you sign up to work out at this gym just know you are basically getting yourself into a cult as it is so difficult to cancel your membership. The club manager is almost never available and many of the employees claim the manager is the only one that can terminate memberships. This seems to be a lie as a different employee told me over the phone that anyone can cancel a gym membership it doesn't have to be the manager. When arriving to cancel my membership I was told they do not do it in house and provided me with a phone number that was a complete waste of time.

Absolutely love this gym. It has everything that you need and want for a good workout, staff is always great and super helpful. They have great management "jasmine". She does a lm absolutely great job at getting things done and helping you. 100% recommend - Kiki

Highly recommend this gym, just got my membership and staff is amazing. They make you feel like a family. Very friendly and great customer service. Classes are so much fun and equipment always clean. Over all a great place to workout.
