Best experience we’ve ever had with any auto shop! Everyone was super courteous and the whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. My car looks great and we love the fact that they took their time with it. It really shows, they went the extra step with all the little details.

They use the cheapest paint they can find. Everything they touched on my tundra years ago is pealing and just looks horrible. Rest of the original paint is perfect. GEICO and FIX are the worst mix "cheap" and "crappy". Either word will work for both. The pics show the two spots they touched and then I took a pic of the other side which is original. The pain they use is very very low quality. I will never let GEICO or any insurance company have me go to FIX. Dealer only

I’m a disabled veteran I went to this GEICO express. This people take months to fix a minor bumper problem! I have cancer and need my truck back. These people are mean and cruel and refuse to get my truck done two months to fix a bumper??? Do not give these people your business report them to bbb. Not cool how bad they treat customers so cruel

Aside from the circumstances which led me to be in need of their services, it was a great pleasure doing business with this company. Not only are they fantastic at communicating with customers, they provide for a quick & very smooth process, start to finish. I won’t mention the other company by name, but I was given a choice between Fix Auto of Moreno Valley or the other company (which I have had experience in the past with both) & hands down the choice was a no brainer. Considering I am STILL awaiting a specific part for my car which was fixed back in 2021 by the other spot, & they are still giving me the runaround, as well as a few of the repairs have had issue after issue and the other company has REFUSED to honor their warranty on parts THEY changed out, it was easy to come back to these guys & entrust them with my little red baby. They did a fantastic job & not only would I recommend them, I will definitely return for any future repair needs (insurance claim or not). Thank you Fix Auto of Moreno Valley for restoring my faith in a company in these wild times ??

I had an accident with my truck I brought it in for work and when I got it back omg ! Looked brand new again loved it and great work was done and got it back before the estimated time. Muy buen lugar.
