PLE AT THIS SHOP ARE DISHONEST AT BEST! I’d advise my worst enemy to stay far away from a shop like this. Chuck and Mike come across as no more than used car salesman. They will use the cheapest materials they can find to maximize their profit. They don’t care if it leaks or fails a week later, they have their money. The workmanship is horrible. It’s all about getting you in and out as quickly as possible. Most of what they did on my rv was wasn’t done correctly. They take and recycle old parts that they have in their shop even though the insurance companies pay them for new parts. It should have been a simple fix for my rv if they would have just been honest and done the right thing. I never asked for anything more than for my rv to be fixed the correct way with the correct parts, but even that seems to be impossible to get from these people. Now a year and half later I’m still fighting to get my rv fixed correctly. If you have to do business with them, NEVER GIVE THEM ALL THE MONEY UP FRONT like they made me do! Give them half and the other half after the work is completed checked thoroughly,but I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS AT ALL!

We've been to Foothill RV Center multiple times, and have always had a great experience! Chuck, German, and the crew are absolutely amazing! Chuck always spends time explaining the bells and whistles, and we always walk out feeling more informed. As a former Forest River employee, Chuck knows all the odds and ends of our Georgetown motorhome. He's so knowledgeable that when we travel from our home in Northern Washington, we make it a point to go see him in Southern California for anything that is needed for the rig. We've been doing business with them for years now, and have never been disappointed! In fact, I'd say that they have become great friends/family to my boyfriend and I. I highly recommend their services!

5 months and $14,000 later the worst work on my 5 th wheel. Herman took advantage of our friendship. It has cost me additional $800.00 to repair things he billed us. And still not done. We have asked for a receipt for the repairs and no answer. I have spent over $18.000 to get treated like this. I will keep posting this on FB plus a trip to Better Business Bureau and Law suit. You have messed with the wrong person. Beware people of Herman and Chuck.

Chuck, Herman, and everyone at Foothill RV are super. We had our tile replaced with wood floors, added fireplace, clear coat the outside, and bins fixed. Very professional and knowledgeable. The workmanship was perfection. I wouldn't have anyone else work on our motorhome as trust and honor can't be matched. We came in as customers and left feeling like real friendships were made. No. No. No. The worst decision ever!! Crooks, thieves and hacks. Do not bring you RV here ever. They said they completed work that was not done. The work they did do was terrible and unfinished. And they lied about parts they had and where supposed to order and never did even after 6 months; called multiple times. They also have a pest control problem which infested my RV. They provided no write list of work to be performed and nothing itemized; no details at all and when I questioned and requested, they tried to intimidate me and suddenly required collateral, & then stole silver bars, used as collateral! didn't finish multiple repairs and failed to install parts that I previously paid for. Took to court and Germain A. (O) owner lied and I wasn't granted continuance to properly present case, but have pile of evidence (278 pics) and def would have won case without question. They should pay me $3600 for work I had to have done elsewhere and $1200 for work they charged for and didn't compete and compensate for trip delays and additional lodging expenses; and return my silver they stole. Owe me $7800 dollars! (pics taken on my old phone sorry) 278 pics of evidence why you should not go there; provided upon request! One day work(8hr) , charged double labor(16 hr) Charge storage fee? Don't recommend Foothill RV Center anyone else, I'm not bonded yesterday, At least compared 3 different place. To avoid overcharges( ripoff), Don't trust them. Better check yelp first/ reviews Trash ,rude

Foothill RV, German and Mike especially, did a fabulous job on our brand new RV door latch system. They were prompt, proactive, and really helped us out with this on-the-road emergency. We were back on the road before we knew it! We really appreciated their extra efforts to get us fixed up fast so my disabled husband and I could get back on the road safely. They even fixed up some minor things that needed repair while we waited. Thank you, German and Mike! If we're ever in So-Cal again and need a repair, you will be our place.

Military guy here, Chuck and Herman bent over backwards to help me out time and time again. First repair they did on the house, opened up the door to a long list of modifications on my coach that were all completed quickly and professionally. During every visit, Chuck took time to walk me through the RV and teach me best practices and common pitfalls of new RV ownership - saved me an unbelievable about of headache and hassle on a coast to coast RV trip.On the last set of modifications the parts installed broke shortly after (no fault of Foothill), and they went forward to work with another repair shop on the other side of the country to get the parts repaired and replaced to ensure I didn't have any additional out of pocket expense. This is absolutely exceptional service.Cannot say enough good things about this shop.
