This was my first time ever inside of Forever 21 as, I've always thought it to be a teenyboppers heaven, not knowing that, they have something for Men and Women of all ages and sizes. Who knew!! Apparently, I've been living in a shell all of these years. My Nieces shop here so, we all went in and I was so glad that they introduced me to this store. It was fun shopping and browsing! They have hella deals on cute items! Somethings were even 70% off NICE!!! I was able to find a cute summer dress and a few other items. I found a beautiful skirt for $2.70 YESSS love it!!! My type of prices Cheap because, I like spending money on traveling comfortably instead. Lol I'll definitely return as well as go to the location in my area. Thanks to all of the staff who I had to tell one lady employee(who kept following me around) that, I promise you that, I'm not here to steal although, I was carrying a huge traveling purse that I was too lazy to change over to a smaller bag. Some of us humans really do shop with big purses with no intent of ever stealing. Respect our swag please!!!

Just, horrible service. Got turned away for a return. That clearly wasn’t final sale and they wouldn’t accept had & made me go to a different store. This was unacceptable and unprofessional of the manager.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to write this one. I've never gone into a store and received horrible customer service. The manager on duty Gaby had a horrible attitude. I was not greeted when I walked in and a lot of side talking at the registers #RUDE

The manager wearing a mask and n95 mask was very rude and unprofessional. I have to describe her because she refused to provide her name. How do u have the title of a Manager but refuse to provide your first name. Your at work.... Her representation of the company is very poor. She is lacking skills of basic communication and quality customer service.

It's technically a F21 Red store but it's really just a small Forever 21 store. They definitely packed a lot of merchandise into the space. It was overwhelming for me, but some may enjoy it.

10/10!!! AAA I LOVE THE HELLO KITTY STUFF THERE ITS SO FRICKIN CUTE!!! One thing I dont like is the see-through socks, they're a bit uncomfortable to where with my shoes. Everything else is good!

This was a very busy store, lots of sales going on. They even had boxes of $5 items for sale. I just wish they had more items for men.

My girl likes coming to this one a lot. This mall isnt really the best but the store itself is fine. I think the staff is good, we've never needed to ask for management regarding anything here. The organization is nice, my girl just goes to the part of the store with her style and finds some things easily and the sale racks is always full of nice things for a good discount.
