Came in to pick up my preloaded trailer and I don't think I've ever had such a polite and courteous security guard as the one today.. The young lady was so nice and we had really good conversation.. I think they work for allied security services but not sure.. if so then allied keep up the good work on putting out such nice and friendly security personnel ..That's something very limited nowadays.. 😎😊🇺🇸

This place sucks. They said they didn't have my loaded trailer ready when it had been ready for 2 days. I had to find parking at 4:30 in the Inland Empire. I drove 40 miles out to Morongo, the closest free safe parking you'll find there and then I get an email saying it was a paperwork issue it's ready now. Wasted so much time. If given a choice, just don't deliver to the Inland Empire. I'm from the Inland Empire and it is a total quagmire of congestion traffic and frustration.

Not even in the gate yet and it ain't good. Trucks lined up both ways out in the street. And nobody's moved in 10 minutes. Took an hour to finally get to the guard shack. If doing a drop & hook. Have to take the mt to a different location around the corner then come back and pick up loaded trl.

They really need to expedite the check-in process. There are trucks parked in the travel lane all the way back to the intersection of Cactus waiting to turn into the driveway. Also, you can't even hear the guards in the shack. They should have someone outside taking your information while in line to move things along quicker.

Fast but packed! Trailer drop is at another location. Still got to go get checked in before you drop. Check your paperwork to see when your drop is it might be late afternoon. Not good.

It is always nice to come here. Easy drop and hook procedures, super fast, off street overnight parking. No potties that I have found yet. This week for trucker appreciation week. They had ammo boxes with tons of goodies for the driver's. Thank you Harbor Freight.
