Didn’t want to accept my return with my phone number said I needed receipt, but I just went to the harbor freight in perris and they told me they can do returns there with phone number or receipt , will not be coming back here again

I consistently have a good and positive experience at this Harbor Freight location. The employees are incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially regarding no-questions-asked tool warranties, returns, and price adjustments with coupons. This store has unquestionably earned my business and loyalty.
