I was shopping for several items at this Home Depot including appliances for both our kitchen and laundry room but I left with nothing in hand. Not only were there several customers without a mask on but the workers either had the mask pulled down or under they're nose which makes so since. I was in the hardware aisle were two workers were across from us gossiping about they're boyfriends. I glanced over to the one not wearing a mask a all and she said to the other one wtf are they looking at? She than proceeded to stand behind me to get some items and I turned around and asked politely if she could either work in the next aisle or stand 6 feet apart because she wasn't wearing a mask and I had toddlers at home? She rolled her eyes with a smug attitude and replied this again?! One i shouldn't feel uncomfortable and unsafe while shopping. Far most her attitude was unexceptionable. Honestly I was so disgusted by the whole experience. This virus lives on surfaces and clothing. I saw her help a customer who was not wearing a mask either. So how do I know that he doesn't have the virus came into contact with her and now she's breathing onto me. I called the store manager who informed me that it wasn't mandatory to wear masks in riverside county. I couldn't believe how ignorant that answer was due to the fact the employee was rude and using profanity on the sales floor. I like how it's okay not to wear masks but they do follow ordnance about how many customers are allowed inside. Worst experience ever.

On yesterday I received the best customer Service from Juana in the service desk as well as the two guys in garden section not only did they bring my items I need to service desk they also put the items in my car I really appreciate the great and friendly service I received on Saturday May 16,2020!!! Especially doing Covid 19!! Great service !!! They went above and beyond I am a resident for 27 years and I told my family already and few friends what great service I received on yesterday!!

This Home Depot has worst customer service ever! The employees are disrespectful! Furthermore I was stereotyped upon entering the door. I have $2000 worth of credit here but I'll gladly go spend my cash at Lowe's!!!

Update on my purchase of Maytag washer from home depot on pidgeon pass , had washer less than a year, leaks from bottom sides, squeals, spins so loud you can hear from a distance, vibrates so bad it moves , 3 service calls. . Has taken many calls to corp. And home depot to get any help. Worst customer service from Manager Martha Assistant manager Carrie and appliance sales Consuelo. Spent alot of money for a machine I cannot use. They finally agreed to take it back, I puschased another washer at almost 1,000.00 and was told by Consuelo that when they brought the new washer they could pick up the washer that did not work and charged me haul away witch was fine. Day before delivery they called and said I would have to return washer myself because of pandemic. What did not make sense, they were delivering a washer so why not haul off washer that did not work. I am cancelling new washer, will return the washer that has all the problems, cancel my account and buy from Lowes.

This place sucks, closing before your posted hours during the pandemic which are limited already? C'mon, That's low. You guys had crappy customer service before, somehow you managed to concentrate that bad into a shorter time span. Way to go! Sucking when we need you most.

Customer Service. ADVISE: Follow proper CDC, WHO and local guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic that we're currently in. Witnessed associates jibber-jibbing without practicing social distance and coughing without covering their freaking mouths! Discussed and Disturbed. I am in no way speaking for all associates, but the two that I witnessed today...TERRIBLE!

I visited Home Depot today as I was having problems getting my pressure washer started. I was notified that they didn't have a certified technician on the clock and only one in training which was Ray but him and Rolando went out of their way to help troubleshoot my problem while being very professional and friendly at the same time. They should be recognized for making me and my problem feel like a priority. If I ever have other concerns about my appliances I'll make sure to come looking for them again.

Maria (I think she is a lead or supervisor) is so patient and kind and solved my issue in minutes! It says a lot about a person and their job knowledge when they can take an issue and figure out the way to solve it, instead of expecting the consumer to know the ins and outs of the company and to be able to figure it out on their own. Also, I have never had a problem with ordering on the app and picking up in store, which is my favorite way to shop!

What happened to The Homo depot They used to be all about customer service. Now it's nothing but morons working here. They are lazy. Then the delivery service they use is horrible. Total incompetent clowns.

So it's everybody's favorite time of the year the time where we all come and pick out our Christmas trees every year we normally go to Lowe's because Home Depot hasn't been an easy spot for me and my husband this year we decided to just give it a try and go check it out see what was there this year to my surprised I was greeted instantly and helped right away and associate name mynor was amazing and stuck with me throughout the whole process and helped me pick out a tree he's I'll definitely be coming to Home Depot from now on also shout out to David and Cindy for all the help with loading it in my car!! Everyone in the lot was truly amazing thank you all sooo much!!

Extremely Poor Customer Service . Cash Register Averie doesn't not know how to treat people . Payed with a $20 dollar bill and she grabbed it hard from my hand . When she gave me back change she pushed my change and coins into my hand . Gave me much attitude . I wish I would do 0 stars just because of her bad attitude.

This has to be the worst home depot. The service is super slow and there is no consistency. The supervisor dont want to help and they are always out of everything. I guess Lowe's will have to gain a new customer
