Bought a memory foam mattress, bed set from Jerome's feeling like I've been sleeping in a hole and waking up with my back hurting, after 3 weeks of filling this we decided to call them they sent out, what they call a technician. 42 hours later they called and said they see no defect in the mattress, but they don't sleep on the mattress. I can only sleep on one side of the mattress, so now we cannot rotate the mattress to take care of the mattress, I have always kept my mattresses to the recommended length of years but this is only been three years. I will never shop there again but now we're out looking for a new mattress/bed. after buying furniture for my home I feel so let down by Jerome's.

I purchased a few rooms of furniture I. April 2022 at the Torrance location including the Paramount dining room set with table & chairs, buffet & China cabinet. They delivered to LaQuinta in May and it sat for one year before we actually sat on it. When we did one of the chair front right legs broke. We called for a replacement leg which was sent to us in Dec. last week another chair same location leg broke along with the frame. We were told we Haiti purchase a new chair. Now a 3rd leg is broken, same place and we're afraid to sit on them or have guests sit on them. We failed to buy insurance so we have no recourse at this point but to keep buying new chairs. No one over 200 lbs has sat in chairs and we seldom use them for dining except for holidays. I believe it's manufacture defect sine it's the same front right legs on each chair. Have not received adequate customer service from Jerome's so would hesitate to buy from them or recommend them in the future.

My husband and I purchased furniture with our Jerome's credit card in December. On our way out of the store I seen a mirror that I wanted to purchase. I informed the wonderful sales associate that we wanted to also purchase the mirror. The sales associate sent me a link to pay by credit card via text for the mirror separate from our Jerome's credit card. When we received our credit card statements to my surprise, Jerome's double charged us for the mirror. One charge on our Amex card that I used to pay by link and one on the Jerome's card. When I called the Moreno Valley store the first person I talked to fixed the issue with a refund to one of the cards that they double charged, a few hours later the Manager of this store calls me with an attitude and proceeds to scold me that they didn't double charge us and due to their policy they would never charge my card without a signature , then told me that I owed a payment to them for the exact amount they double charged me for. This manager would not let me get a word in by talking over me until I lost my cool and she hung up on me. I have both credit card statements showing each charge posted to my accounts. The first customer service rep could clearly see both charges and attempted to fix the mistake. The manager of this location is grossly incompetent in her position and lacks simple math and customer service skills. Now I am forced to file a claim with the credit card company to get our money back. We have made plenty of large purchases here in the PAST and I will never step foot into this store again. The last thing you want is a store to charge your card without authorizing it 11 days after the purchase and then have to argue to get the problem fixed. I have attached a copy of both credit card statements showing the charges as proof so your manager will realize that she provided beyond horrible customer service implying that I was lying and made no effort to fix the situation. We almost purchased our furniture at a major competitor, but Jerome's was less expensive. Let me warn you with that old saying "You get what you pay for." Lesson learned. Sometimes paying more is worth good customer service in the long run. This has turned out to be a horrible and a regretful purchase. To add insult to injury my dresser light has not worked from day one.

worst place to get your furniture !! I got warranty on some sofas and the lady was really rude when I wanted to make a claim , I made the claim in July and it's been 6 months and nothing !!!!

Fabulous customer service the person who helped us was not homophobic at all and we were welcomed and helped. Bought a full bedroom set with extras. Got top of the line mattress and we both love it. I always get a great nights sleep and so does my partner. We got the solid wood set. The prices were average. I would recommend we are planning on a new dining room set in the future and plan on going back when we are ready to purchase the set.

The absolute WORST experience. My husband and I were so excited to be ordering a new couch. We have never made a big purchase for furniture but are moving and wanted to customize our new couch. Our sales representative told us the only option to not put the 25% down was to use progressive lending. We said okay ! Placed a $50 deposit required for the lending option. Unfortunately I should have listen to the reviews because they do not know what they are doing. The lady I spoke to over the phone was incredible rude. I told her what we were told & she said oh sorry our sales manager was mistaken. So why is he a manager if he doesn't know your lending options ? Either way I am severely disappointed. We had a great connection with the salesman but were let down by the overall experience. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Do not trust anything they say.

I bought the DINING CHAIR MANGO WOOD DARK with the table and bench. The bench literally fell apart a month after buying so I just threw it away. My kid sat on it and it collapsed and she's only 100 lbs. ridiculous! Then all the screws started coming out of the chairs! I will never purchase from them again. Do not buy here go to a place with better furniture. This place has cheaply made items smh

My wife and I initially came in to see our options for a sofa sectional and a formal dinning table. I wasn't expecting much, but was impressed, not only with their selection, but with the quality of items they had. We were greeted by John, who didn't put any pressure on us or followed us around. When we had questions, he was able to answer them. He gave us all our options including warranty, delivery, custom selections, and fees. However, we didn't make the purchase that day, and decided to think on it. We returned a few weeks later and dealt with Claudia, because John has just clocked out. Claudia was able to pick up where John left off. She also went above and beyond explaining more of our options on our dinning table (being able to change out chairs). In the end, we made the purchase and walk away extremely satisfied with our selection, and the overall value we received by going with Jerome's Furniture. Thank you John & Claudia!!! I will update about the delivery once that happens.

At Jerome's I always find what I need, and more. It's nice to walk in and know you will be greeted by a friendly face . So far I'm happy withe the couch and love seat I have purchased, and I'm currently awaiting a dining room set. I'm very satisfied with the quality of Jerome's furniture. With that being said I was told my dinette set would be in stock by the end of this month, and now I have a email stating the timing is more like another month out. I will definitely be shopping around for my next purchase.

No Pressure Sales! Person! Sales person gave us space to look and once in a while she would check to see if we had any questions. We ended up making an order and left satisfied with everything!

Customer service was excellent. Kay was very helpful and courteous. I had selected an item and went home the day before to make sure it would fit the area. I called back to confirm my selection and Kay assised me. It tent sale purchase could not be completed that evening and she said she would call me back the next day. She did just that! I am so pleased with the professionalism. I will be back.

Our experience at Jerome's in Moreno Valley was wonderful. We had been looking for a unique loveseat arrangement in our family room for sometime and found the perfect pair at Jerome's. Shaun, our sales representative, graciously "endured" our many Q&A's. His calm professional way steered us in the right direction after all. We also choose a beautiful carpet to make our arrangement one of kind for us. We are happily ever after! Thank you!

Sales supervisor Claudia was very helpful. She patiently helped us select the sectional couch that would fit our needs. We’ve bought furniture from Jerome’s several times in the past. We’re glad that the value, service and selections are always unmatched.

Everything went unbelievably well compared to other places I have been. Claudia was outstanding. She was informative and helpful in every way. The whole experience was great. Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and professional. Like I said, a great experience.
