I wish that I could give 0 stars. Not only did the doctor that I had the Phone visit with informed me that this location was open 24 hours for the pharmacy. Online it states that it is 24 hours. I am in severe pain And have been waiting here since 9 AM I have to wait until 10:30 AM when they open.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at KaiserI recently had one of the most horrible visits that I have ever encountered at a medical office, specifically at Kaiser. My appointment was scheduled later in the day, but unfortunately, I cannot comprehend what was going on with the staff that day. They seemed to be in a rush and didn't take the time to listen to what I had to say. The only nurse who took the time to listen was the one who took my vitals, and for that, I am grateful.However, I am extremely unhappy with the overall service I received. It felt like they sent me home without fully understanding the severity of my health condition. They didn't even take the time to conduct any lab tests or investigations. It was as if they brushed off my concerns with a casual "oh well" attitude.This lack of attention to my health concerns and the rushy behavior of the staff was truly disappointing. As a patient, I believe it is essential to feel heard and understood during medical appointments. Unfortunately, my experience at Kaiser fell far short of that expectation.I hope that Kaiser takes this review seriously and recognizes the need for improvement in their services. Patients deserve to be treated with care, respect, and thoroughness, regardless of the time of day or any other factors.

Overall, my experience was so good. From check in till I was discharged I was taken care very well. Thankyou Kaiser for giving me such an experience during my surgery.

My experience was amazing from beginning to the end, my nurse RN Danielle was beyond great she was very attentive and made sure I was handled with care, RN Art is such a great person and I swear he knows his job, (he should be a charge nurse) just from my bed side I seen how much everyone likes him and gravitates to his sweet energy…. The whole surgical team needs raises they are all blessed beyond measure…. Dr. Shaun Nguyen IS THE BEST ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON and I wouldn’t trade him for anything in this world, he always makes sure I understand the pros and cons and he never sugarcoats anything when it come to my knee situation…. I’m beyond blessed to have experienced the treatment I received at the Murrieta facility and I pray God Blesses the individuals that had a hand in the success of my surgery….

Kaiser Hospital in Murrieta is now going to be my preferred option for service. I was not only amazed but highly impressed during my visit here for my surgery on 1/23. The staff is hands down so welcoming, comforting, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for y’all’s hard work and dedication. I appreciate you guys! They are God’s sent angels I promise you.

Definitely do not recommend.I arrived at 6:30am. Nurses in the nurses station loud and using profanity (not the first time as I heard a nurse discussing her sons near fatal story and she used profanity all throughout that in a prior visit).Anyway, I completed a CT scan at 7:32am. I waited until 9:30am to ask if there was an update, they said my profile was flagged and waiting for doctor review. Another hour passes by, and still nothing. Why are my results sitting for hours with no attention? Mind you the PA’s that come into triage do not let you finish a sentence let alone get one out because they’re too busy trying to rush through and move on to the next patient. If everyone is rushing, why in the HE** does it take so long? I’ve yet to see an actual MD, I’m sure a PA is trained well but no, please return the doctors!***UPDATE: now 12:11pm. Still haven’t seen a doctor, still no updates about my CT scan that was taken 5 hours ago. All they did was call me back to do an eye exam, sit me in the furthest room in the back, and redo vitals. Other than that, LITERALLY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE THE 6 hours I’ve been here except a CT. This is a joke.

Dr Perez and his team did a wonderful job during pre-op, during my surgery, and after during post-op as well. They did an excellent job of explaining what is to be expected during the whole process and were very detailed in helping me. It was overall a great experience.

My mom, who has dementia and is quite disabled was on the med/tele unit for 2 days. They were so patient, gentle and caring and kept her safety foremost. Wonderful care!
