Checked in on Memorial weekend. It was a breeze. Front customer service was very friendly! Right next to a Shell gas station and is in proximity of restaurants nearby.

The staff is very kind, the rooms are nice, very comfortable beds. Their breakfast is really good. They offer oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, waffles, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and more. The pool is indoors and just perfect for the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again!

The worst thing I couldn't sleep is the smell of the gasolinethe property is next to a gas stationThe Hotel was not bad at all, the space heater/aircondiion didn't work, the high noise from high way very noticeable, could use better insullation for windowSafety: the smell of the gas is defiantly unhealthy

Well first impression hotels looks great nice place and area now go in and I was received abruptly by a rude and very moody manager or supervisor named Ana Martinez. I asked regarding me not having my i.d but had a picture of it with a valid date and social security in possession , she was rude and gave me attitude bcz I didn’t have an id tried to ask her to look for a solution and asked if it was ok to receive my id on a email sent with my name , she said NO and to add it on I had my chime card out to pay my deposit also and she then went to make a remark with attitude that they don’t accept chime Mastercard smh. I literally had to go to the dmv to get a paper saying it’s me so I didn’t lose my reservation . Thankfully when I came back to check in a second time a was received by Julianna and it was total apposite I explained the situation she apologized and managed to help me the way a real supervisor should act I wanna thank Julianna for making my stay a great experience then again after going tru all that negativity thanks may God bless you ?

Clean rooms, plenty of quietness and a place to lay your head down, and once you had that rest, you can wake up to a complimentary breakfast.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable beds and a great big tub to soak those aching muscles.

Great location, clean except for room carpet. It's a bit shabby as far as furnishings and paint, but the bed and bath were clean. It was quiet and convenient. i felt safe there.

Your vehicle is a target here not safe no security guards if you look at crime statistics in moval this is the worst location the staff are very friendly but I wouldn’t trust parking outside of this hotel under any circumstances
