really bad service, always short staff, long and long lines, 3 hours waiting just for one blood test... is ridiculous, the system not work to make appointment, more than 100 people waiting and nobody pay attention to customer service. bad bad service, please pay attention in your customer service level.

I have never been here without an appointment. Tomorrow will be my 1st try so i will be back to update my review maybe. :-) but i do my appointments 1st thing in the mornings and I have been in and out within 30 mins of my appointment time for my last 4 visits over a year.

very akward,they make me come back same day and they withdrawl 10 more tubes of blood,they did not label from the computer,they just write my name,.But the weirdest part is the front lady made a comment about I went back to donate blood….???????what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.I went back because a lady call me to go back,needing more blood for a special test.??????????

This is the worst LabCorps I've been too. They take forever to get things done would you believe it 3hrs wait. In other Labs an hour wait is a minimum.

This is what happens when the phlebotomist wants to skip steps. And she did not wear any gloves. This bruise is a week old, it was worse. But it could have been prevented by taking out the blood collection tube before withdrawing the needle out of the vein. I leave this review so these "mistakes" stop occurring. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was friendly.

Lab Corp is always been where I go to get labs done,the employees their before today where always rude and would always have a nasty way of helping patients. But today that I when In service was great, the employees that are there now are nice and have a nice attitude with the patients, hopefully they keep this employees, the tech that helped me today Laura B was great.

Before going to anyplace , I usually check out the reviews .. honestly the reviews here are horrible and unfair . I went today to the lab and I was surprised how organized , clean and the staff were amazing got everything done professionally and quickly ! And I would love to thank Marcia T for her amazing work . Thank you again!

Came here on a Monday at 12pm. It took almost 2 hours to check in, wait forever, then finally be seen. So first, I checked into the kiosk, then name was called to come to the window to give my paperwork and insurance card. Then was told I would receive a text message when I'd be called back. Had to wait 90 minutes to get my lab tests. During my wait time outside the facility, I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Then another 15-20 minutes. Was also told they were short staffed and there was an incident. So here's a heads up, call b4 you show up. And if you are injured in anyway or handicapped, avoid this place because it's on the 2nd floor and there are only 5 chairs inside the waiting room. Everyone else has to wait outside the facility to sit or stand in the heat inside the building. But if you wait outside the doors, you can't hear your name being called, so you'll get skipped. But you can't wait inside because their signs say their facility only holds 6 people, and everyone has to be 6 ft apart. But haha their kiosks are not 6 ft apart. I only give 2 stars because of how great the lab technician was, and how I was in a private room vs an open community room.

First off, I was sickened to see a roaches crawling on the wall and one of them almost falling on a lady's head. In a sterile environment this is a big no no. The place was poorly organized. There were were only 4 seats. This is appalling because several people were having trouble standing. I arrived when the site opened and after 2.5 hours I still had not been helped. The african american lady at the front desk was absolutely rude to everyone including myself. I even overheard her yelling at the other office worker she was sitting next to. It was very unprofessional. One patient was there equally long and asked how much longer. She replied "cant you see there are other people here?" He exclaimed he had an appointment and she just said wait your turn. She did the same to me. When I told her about the roaches running around she just shrugged like "what am I supposed to do about that? I work the front desk." One thing that got me was I was called in to give a urine sample. They basically left me unescorted the whole time. when I was done giving the sample the front desk staff just pointed to the general vicinity of the office room. I went in there alone, saw several blood vials laying around and could not find the "basket" where I was supposed to place the urine. Here I am looking around the counter and cabinets to see where this person was pointing. If I was a different kind of person I could have tampered with the samples and caused some serious harm. All of this would likely have gone unnoticed as there was no one anywhere near me in the sample room. Ultimately, I left after 3 hours of standing, laughing at the roaches on the walls and getting rude service and responses. I did not give the blood sample in which I wasted a good portion of the morning on. I really hope you look into these complaints.

Find another location to go to. The lady at the front desk has been here for years, she's incredibly rude and always has been. The location is disgustingly filthy and it's completely pointless to make an appointment. Expect to be waiting atleast 2+ hours.

Made online appointment week before. Got there did car check-in. Didn’t hear anything. Walked in did self check-in. Wasn’t many people that were in there. After I check in. It gets busy and I get lost in the shuffle. An hour after my appointment and I’m still waiting. Do better LabCorp
