2 stars. They only allow you to try dresses if you commit to buying from them. I have never been to a place that does not allow you to try on. Few cute dresses. Waste of time. Do not recommend. I do recommend driving more towards los angeles. Way better shops. Worth driving out that way.

First off I would like to say how good it feels to deal with such professionals! From their communication, execution & out right honesty. I walked in with at the time my 14-year-old sister, ready to embark on her first Quinceañera. I had no idea the type of work it would take to make her dreams come true, but Deysy really out did herself with the selection & pricing of everything. Kudos to these amazing ladies for truly making young women feel empowered in these stunning dresses.

We came in for the CUSTOM BOUQUET - the experience was 10/10 TOTALLY WORTH IT. You walk into an amazing variety of dresses. Deysi greets you very kindly and can uphold a proper in detail convo about all she has and can do, we were in awe because all her designs were stunning. She was very enthusiastic with my niece & it was the experience of getting to DESIGN the bouquet together from the flower/ribbon colors, to the many unique crystals to add & where to place the roses/ butterflies. Blessings and prosperity to your beautiful & growing business. Thank you for your service I will be sending my girls your way !

Very rude owner . She is not welcoming and if you do not expect to pay for try on this is not the place for you. 200 for trying on is not realistic but it’s for some people. We walked in understood but the treatment and down talking is not what you want to experience. You can’t even touch the dresses. She said all places charge for try on. However We went to another place on this same day. YO Bella Boutique was welcoming allowed us to try on dresses for no cost. La Boutique is ridiculously entitled. Customer service 0!

The lady in the front was so rude. She started off by saying, "you can't try on dresses. You can't touch the dresses. You have to put $250 deposit to try on a dress" She followed me and my African American niece though out the small store. I just can't believe how unpleasant the experience was. We lasted 5 minutes in there because she was following us around the small little boutique and had a very passive aggressive personality. Save yourself a trip and go where your service is wanted.Reply: we expected the drinks to be put in the front. But it's ok it worked out because we were able to find a place that was nice and immediately greeted us when we arrived. In addition, as a small business owner myself I was appalled by your behavior. If vou want customers you can't be rude and defensive when being asked about something regarding your policy. You did not have to laugh at us when we asked questions and continued to be condensing. The fact that I just posted this review and you replied immediately shows the lack of customers you have. But we are busy trying on dresses right now for free that they have available with no deposit. Learn from this and be nice to your customers instead of making us feel unwelcome.PS: look at Royce review about how rude you are. I guarantee you the lady was also African American.... Be inclusive. really hope that wasn't the case. Look at all the reviews in yelp.My niece found her dream dress at Yo Bella -‘s they didn’t require a deposit of 200 dollars for try on… we made a deposit for her dress already here. Nice people that want your business know how to treat their customers …

We placed an out of state order for a Quinceañera set. Let me start by saying that they went beyond our expectations! My daughter got exactly what she wanted, and she was 100% satisfied with the quality and beauty of everything she got. As for me, I was treated very professionally and everything was explained to me as how an out of state order worked, they make sure that you will get what you’re expecting and beyond. If you live out of state I completely recommend Le Boutique Quinceañera & Bridal, you will not be disappointed.

This place offers such an amazing variety of dresses! If you still don't find something you like they will do everything possible to customize what you are looking for...like a BLACK velvet dress for a dia de los muertos themed quinceanera!If you come in with every intention of creating your daughter's dream dress, their policies and Josefina's accertiveness will make you realize that they are passionate with their work. I've been to the boutique several times and every time I leave as a satisfied customer. If you shop here please be mindful and respectful of the fact that they are a small business.UPDATE-The dress came out better than we could have imagined. We put our trust in Mrs. Josefina's and Daisy's hands and they delivered. My daughter could not stop smiling and received compliments on this gorgeous dress all day lon

Horrible customer service. I wouldn't spend a dime in this business. The lady was rude and disrespectful. This is only an opinion but my truth. Hope you all find another boutique to shop at. I wish I could leave a zero star.

January 2023 we stumbled upon le boutique on social media and thought well let's give it a try. My daughter already had it in her mind she wanted a charro dress. We walked into Le boutique to choose her quince dress, she immediately had her eyes on their custom charro dress. Josie assisted my daughter and gave her several options of charro dresses she saw that my daughter had eyes for the custom charro dress and had her try it on. As soon as my daughter said yes Josie got to work and sized her immediately. Deysy went and began to find the perfect crown and brought out the collection of colors for us to choose from. We left a partial deposit and Josie checked in with us monthly for updates. I made one mistake and that was not giving the date for my daughters photoshoot. Once I provided this date Josie kept in touch with me to ensure my daughters dress arrived on time. She was so informative and gave me an update as soon as she knew any changes. I was unable to make it to the store due to a family matter. Josie even called and FaceTimed me from her personal cell phone AFTER HOURS just so that we had no discrepancies. She was truly dedicated to our order! We had final fittings in August and Fast forward to September my daughter picked up her dress! We also had last minute changes to the tiara, Josie and Deysy were very accommodating, they stayed after business hours just so that we could pick up my daughters dress. They made every effort to ensure we were pleased with our custom order, even so that they continued to keep in contact with us to share our photos. Yes they have policies in place but now looking back that is to ensure they provide the best quality. I've attached my daughters custom charro dress. It's the most gorgeous dress I've seen and it's one of a kind. Thank you so much Le Boutique for your hard work dedication and treating us like family!

Rude and unrealistic! They charge 200 to try on dresses and you can't even touch the merchandise! The owner lied and said all places charge for try ons. On the same day we found another place we tried on for no charge and felt very welcomed! If you want an enchanted experience this is not the place! Go to Yo Bella in Perris! This location serves the community ! Doesn't charge for try ons! And so welcoming!

Josie and Daisy were wonderful and their services were exceptional. We ordered my daughter's XV dress with a package. We also purchased a teddy bear. The teddy was a very one of a kind and unique. Thank you ladies I will refer my family and friends.
