I had such a great experience at Lids thanks to Issac! I was getting a hat customized for my anniversary, and he made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He was super helpful, incredibly kind, and really patient with any details I wanted to tweak. On top of that, he had some amazing creative ideas that truly brought the design together. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does. I’ll definitely be coming back — and asking for Issac! So accommodating, so talented, and just good energy all around. Thank you!!

Great experience! As soon as I entered the establishment I was greeted and welcomed by the staff, I had a few questions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Today on Thursday March 27th, 2025 I came into lids today. I was quickly greeted by Drew and Mia upon entering in within seconds. Drew was outstanding with his embroidery and took his time to make sure my logo was perfect. Mia was very nice and complimented the hat. Thank you guys so much both A+.

The place is closed, yet it says 9 pm on Google. What a waste of time.
It's been 2 months now, and I still don't have the DST file I paid for on their website. This is ridiculous. It used to be where I would walk in with my own file on a usb drive and was able to have work done on hats and shirts. Now I'm told it has to be through their website and has to be appoved. Yet I did all that. I had to pay a traditional local print guy (I'll recommend it if needed) and have a dozen jobs done in less than a week! I mean from redesigning my company logo to printing my banners and stich all my hats and shirts for my grand opening. And he is a very nice guy. ?
