I had a bad experience with Lowes flooring , it was all coming loose within 6 months of install and their warrantee was complete junk, , I had to pay out of pocket to fix it ,, buyer beware!

The customer service here is so awful. I went in here after checking online that they had an item in stock. When I went to the aisle and bay listed on the app I could not find the item so I asked for help. The worker looked exactly where I did and said we must not have it even through it showed in stock on their app. They shrugged and walked away. I placed a in store pick up for the item and received a text with in 10 minutes that the item was ready for pick up at the front desk. People that work here do not know anything or even care. Go to your local Ace on Van Buren.

I purchased some discount paint $9 to cover some plywood. Didn't care about the color. Around the lid of the can was a mess of different colors but for what I was doing I didn't care. I had the paint employee shake the paint and I checked out.
Next day went to paint. Opened the can and it was a watery solution that looked like soup not paint. A few days later I went back to Lowe's Moreno Valley with my receipt in hand and explained the issue. They would not refund since it was a closeout sale. I explained to Andrew "The Manager" (see photo of him enjoying telling me no) that it was unusable for painting and should not have been sold. He basically said too bad. I argued with him a few minutes without any success and he then basically treated me like a criminal and told another male employee to make me leave the store. This little runt tried to get in my face while I continued to let them know this was a ridiculous implementation of policy. I asked to see another manager and was told no.
Finally I just left, purposely leaving behind the 1 gallon can of soup on the counter since it was worthless. It wasn't about the money. It's the principal. I spend thousands of dollars at Lowe's every year but that will end now. Lowes needs to recruit better employees.

Customer service at the customer service center was awful! Waiting in line the lady was rude to another employee on the phone making hand gestures for him to hurry up and say what he was saying, while calling him another employees name. When the associate came to the front she demanded him to open register 6, which he seemed a little confused where that was. She directed him with attitude. As she began to help us she had an attitude! While trying to explain we’d like to order a generator she just kept saying okay, okay. Rather than sure let me help you with that or something. Hi, hello nothing! I provided the item number and she starts rolling her eyes that it can’t be sold In California even though it’s on the website and one in the store displayed. It didn’t make much sense. She’s like I can’t sale it to you regardless if we have it or not. She was very rude the entire time. Why do people work in customer service when they have no people skills. I walked out & left the 1200$ order I was trying to make! I will never return to this location again. Management should really look into this lady!!

Unfortunately Lowe’s has disappointed on several levels. No Communication, no leadership, absent management , no urgency and the type of attitude not geared for customer service, even when you spend over $16,000 in less than a month …… I could go on and on but I’ll leave it here for now. Thanks

When we went to the store, Mr. Marco treated us very well... the problem is the delivery, some rude people who were angry and with a lot of attitude did not want to assemble the Refrigerator that I bought,,, I think the bad delivery service is terrible, they have to improve that service or change the Delivery company because they do not provide the service that we deserve as customers ?

Do not go with large projects at Lowe’s. Especially the Lowe’s in Moreno Valley. If you try to view your product at the store before it’s installed the Lowe’s team will just pass you off to the next associate instead of actually helping. Manager Ben actually ditched us in the store. Just go for your everyday items, getting help here is gone just like these associates motivation.

Service has greatly declined!! Customers no longer say hello, but instead run by with their heads down. When you do get someone to help, they pawn you off on another and end up walking out empty handed. Customer Care has taken over customer issues which has only result in even worse service. Gone are the days that a customer matters. Gone are the days where you actually get what you paid for… if you notice a majority of the good reviews, they are from years ago.

Joe, door department employee of Lowe’s (not just this Lowe’s but he works for many Lowe’s in the IE) should be fired. He ignores calls and doesn’t respond to text. All I want is an update on my door I ordered. He hassled me to pay but once I did pay, I heard nothing from him. It’s been 2 months…
