Went to the paint Dept at the Lowe's on Day Street in Moreno Valley. Just wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman named Chris at the paint Dept. Came in with a piece of board with paint on it and needed it matched. Didn't know what type of paint it was either. Long story short. Went home did my touch up with the color match and the type of paint was spot on. Perfect after drying. Thanks Chris for your service at the Paint Department: )

Full of product and employees and unfortunately no one bothers to help. Instead they walk away faster and hide in the isles. Sad.

First, I would like to thank John. We were building a garden box and had gathered all of the wrong and more expensive materials. John (with the ponytail) took us to the desk in lumber, drew a plan, walked us around the store to gather materials, and helped us compare prices. At each step, he told us how the items went together. As you can see, it came out pretty good. We're building two more. I really think Lowe's should use their most valuable resources - and have "walk-around classes. Thank you again and we've received help with picking plants, loading dirt and rocks (sorry I didn't get the female employees name who helped me get the heavy bags of dirt and rocks in my car) and also finding the right tools. This kind of help is rare these days for larger companies. Two (Green) Thumbs Up!

This store keeps getting worse all the time. I went yesterday for paint samples. No employee at the paint counter. I stood at the "paint order" counter waiting about 5 minutes. Heard employees talking and laughing down an aisle so I moved over to look and they kept looking at me chatting away. Finally a woman came walking by and asked if I was waiting for someone to help me. DUH! She said that she would get someone. Thinking that she worked there, I asked her why all the registers were closed and roped off. I needed to know where to pay. She said they are remodeling that whole area but she didn't know how long that would be. I continued waiting but no one came to help me so I left and went to Home Depot, which is closer to my home. I picked 3 paint samples, and a very nice young man made up 3 sample size jars for me and explained about putting the info on the paints in the computer for the future if I needed more. I also shop there but it's hard to get a parking space and long line to pay.

It has been a month regarding the racially profiling incident at Lowe’s. Is Lowe’s going to address the fact that a plain clothed loss prevention worker falsely imprisoned me in the store, and whoever instructed him to do so racially profiled me December 6th, between 5:50-630pm? I am not angry, but I am VERY distressed over being treated like a potential criminal despite being an REGULAR customer. No one at Lowe’s has called me, emailed me, or shown ANY concern. And I have been lied to. I have contacted Lowes on twitter, instagram, talked to the assistant manager Junior and told him to check the footage and that I will call back. I call back and the defensive general manager lied claiming he cannot check the footage and to call corporate. He was defensive and nervous is it because he had told the loss prevention worker to lock and block the door? Or was it an employee? It still seems like the general managers knows something. But anyway, I call corporate, a case is made and yet again nothing is done. No one calls me back. I believe the manager is supposed to. But if the manager is the one who told or knows who told the loss prevention worker to block and lock the door of course the manager won’t call back. He was very defensive. Having a black CEO has done nothing for the company. I’m not saying every employee does not, but it seems by many they do not care about racial profiling or falsely imprisoning an innocent customer. I am still on this case because I am still very distressed by this situation. Lowes are you going to make it right? Or keep giving me the run around? I will call corporate again. If they lie again about contacting me I will update this to let everyone know they STILL do not care. Check the footage of me in the store and explain how I was suspicious? There was nothing suspicious about me. I was in bright green leggings did not wear a mask to conceal my identity. I hate to say it but because of my race I was viewed as a potential thief… over contractor trash bags. What else was the reason? To the owner of Lowe’s you keep responding to everyone are you going to respond or ignore racial profiling too? What I went through is proof no matter how decent you dress as a black person you are still viewed as a thief. The plain clothed loss prevention was already at the door, locking and blocking it before I even left the aisle to pick up trash bags. Check the footage and please tell me what was suspicious about me other than my and yes I’m saying it, my skin color? PLEASE check the security footage of me in the store to pick up trash bags AND coming back to the store 20-30 minutes later to talk to the assistant manager Junior. Thank you.

Not an ounce of customer service left in the stores anymore.Only thing open was self check out. One guy standing there doing nothing. I go up to him and ask him to check me out. I had items that was going to require his assistance anyways. He looked at me and said "it is self check out". I went to the "manager" and age had no solution to offer at all just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders.I'd rather go to Amazon or Home Depot. I guess I realize now why no one was at the check out. They are all at Home Depot.
