I had a few items to be altered. I emailed Melba and she responded quickly within minutes with a time and date to come in. She was kind and knowledgeable. What a pleasant person to work with. Melba did some alterations on a dress I bought it was too big, but loved the dress. So she made it happen in 3 days before my vacation. I will be back
