Terrible service with the Asian!
They were charging me a service charge on a router that didn't work and was under warranty... I asked him to show me where that charge said, he couldn't show it to me and asked me to go to another store

The store is under new management and they are wonderful. I had to upgrade a phone for my daughter and get a new sim card for my son's phone. They were so nice and solved our problems very quickly. I hate dealing with Metro, as a company they make a number of errors that are a nightmare to deal with on the phone. But the staff at this location are so helpful and pleasant and I want to make that clear. I appreciate the quality service these people provided me and don't want to paint them with the same brush as the company in gereral.
