Great place to get your Japanese finds like blind boxes and so much more and pricing is pretty great too. I was sad visiting this location it seems like they opened before they were ready which seemed unfair to employees and customers being such a small store and they had flyer everywhere saying spend 25 and get a free gift but I was told there were not ready which was also unfair. That's why I gave 4 stars otherwise 100% would have given 5 stars for a great store great customer service and great products.

Please, more empathy on the part of the person who serves, the youngest, it is the second time I stop by to buy something and she makes fun and is very dismissive, with the people of everything else I love their products

Terrible staff. Especially this one girl but unfortunatley i couldnt get her name because she did not have a tag. She was so rude, don't come here if you dont want to be treated terribly, get better employees.

I used to love this store so much but today I went it nicely asking if they were hiring and one of the female employees was rude and making snarky remarks because she assumed I was a recent graduate. Actually glad not to work here with such unwelcoming employees! Hire better people.

It's really frustrating that none of the minso locations have a phone number to call. Would be nice to be able to talk to the store to find out if they have something in stock before driving 30+ miles just to find out they don't have it. It's 2023 guys, every store has phones

Came twice both times were ridiculous. You got the two “managers” in red who are both the rudest people I’ve met, I understand being over 40 and working in retail isn’t fun but that’s something you deal with on your time. Don’t take it out on paying customers. And the girl who looks like a twig with glasses, Genevieve or whatever, she’s absolutely useless when it comes to proper customer service.

My family loves shopping here! And although it seems like we always walk out of here with a lot more things than we intended to buy, the prices seem reasonable. All the staff always seem helpful and never had any bad experiences here. Recommended.

Posted this sign. It doesn’t say what time they went to lunch or what time they will be back. I arrived at 2pm it’s almost 3pm now. Hopefully they come back on time. I get it because of staffing & scheduling issues but, it would have been better customer service to post either what time you left or what time you will be back. Multiple other customers stopped read the sign and walked away frustrated.
