Dr Joel Pengson is excellent, if my family could rate him 10 we definitely would. He cares for his patients, listens and always there for you . He is our Family doctor , we all see him . My wife said Best Doctor Ever !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! They can't even answer a simple phone call to book an appointment! And when they do answer there is no greeting or a word spoken you're automatically thrown on hold until the call disconnects ! Terrible customer service ! BEWARE !

I started seeing Dr Pengson many years ago and he is a very caring and very thorough Dr, he really cares and is always available when you need him. He listens to questions and concerns and really knows what to do, I am pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well, very accommodating. The office is very nice and clean, just all around great experiences. Dr Pengson has been my primary Dr for years and will remain so

Dr. Pengson became my primary after I had emergency surgery to remove cancer from my colon. He was so wonderful in the hospital that I made him my primary and have never regretted it! He is kind, patient, and caring. He truly listens and answers all questions in ways that are easily understood. He NEVER rushes. My favorite front staff member is Jasmine. But they all do everything to help quickly. I truly can't say enough good about all aspects of Dr. Pengson and his staff.I have now been a patient of Dr. P's for more than 4 years and am actually even more satisfied with him as my primary if that's possible! I have moved away from the area since my original review but he continues to oversee my health care and, having saved my life on 3 seperate occasions, I wouldn't have it any other way. As long as Dr. P is watching over me I know I'm in competent, caring hands! He uses anything and everything at his disposal to care for his patients. Whether it's in person, by phone, through text, or tele-health, he's there.

5 stars is not enough, been seeing Dr. pengson since he was on Fir...he is awesome. I moved away for a few years and he remained my doctor, during the pandemic he kept me feeling safe and reassured me. He takes the time, gives a direct access number to patients(which I use often, probably too much) he responds quickly and is very resourceful. The office staff is kind. They get pretty busy, every department, and often don't reply back, unless I text him and tell them I can't get a hold of anyone, and then they call immediately ( and I do mean immediate, I'll still be in the middle of a text message with him and they will call) Other than that, I am very happy with the care I receive.

Dr Pengson is the best dr ever!!! He will help work out anyProblem you may have. His staff is very knowledgeable and eagerly helps I would not go to another dr. He is the kindest and most concerned dr I have ever been to.

Dr. Joel Pengson is a wonderful Internal medicine Dr. He was my 88 year old Father’s Dr when my Father was admitted to the Parkview Hospital ER with Covid pneumonia. He called me right away, introduced himself and then started texting me with updates and questions about my father’s history. I live out of state, so his communications skills were invaluable and highly valued. He really listens, answers difficult questions well, gets the work done. He even has a sense of humor to ease the stress. Dr. Pengson gave my father excellent care along with his partner Dr. Charles Young. My family is forever grateful. It is not often you find the complete package in a Dr. He is truly a treasure. Kenna Sandborn ICU RN 2/2/2022.

Dr Joel Pengson has been my primary doctor for almost 30 years now. What impresses me about him is his accurate medical diagnosis of aortic abdominal aneurysm in 2004 and my garganeous gall bladder in 2016 which could have led to death if not discovered by him. He beautifully combined professionalism and friendliness.In my recent visit to his clinic last June 2020, I found his medical clinic located in a huge state of the art medical facility. The parking lot was spacious and near the elevators which takes you to 2nd floor quickly.Can you believe that Dr Joshua of Dr Joel and his wife Gia conducted a COVID 19 swab test at 8pm after I came from LAX airport?Yes, it’s the competence , friendliness and the efficient service which defines the MORENO VALLEY COMMUNITY MEDICAL GROUP

This guy is an outstanding !internal medicine I can't say enough good things about his office, his staff, and the amazing customer service I received there. He sit down with his patient and spend good time and 100% try to help them out .If you want to be wowed then this is the Family physician for you! I love this place. We love this medical practice. The nurse practitioner is very thorough. PCP is personable and able to discuss medical conditions. He explains very well and is patient. Great place, great care!
