Believe the reviews, unreasonably long wait times with little to no acknowledgement from the front desk. I’d recommend finding another location as the lack of urgency at this “urgent” care is excessive.

I appreciate Dr Chi so much! I get a respiratory infection seems like every 5 years. She gives me the right medicine to make me feel better. I have no complaints. And she listens!
