Truthfully if I can rate this place a zero I really would. I didn't listen to the reviews and should have. The first issue I had with this dealership was when I made my first purchase with moss bross in August of 2022 (2021 jeep wrangler) and believe it or not my car had overheated twice in less than a month of having it and next thing my transmission went out 2.5 months of having that jeep. When I had my car towed there the night my transmission went out we had no idea who we needed to speak to regarding this issue since services had closed, the little salesmen who were all outside were extremely rude and when we informed them on our issue since we weren't buying a car they brushed us off. I'm pretty sure they sold me a lemon car but won't admit it. Not to mention i purchased an alarm that should have been installed back in September of 2022 never received a call so I decided to call them and have called them about a good 10x the same excuse every single time, "oh the lady who can help with that is on lunch at the moment or away from her desk she will give you a call back when she's at her desk" pretty sure she's not away from her desk for 2.5 months. However, after this whole situation had been resolved we did a trade in for a 2020 jeep Sahara with more upgrades to this jeep. I've had this jeep for almost a year and here we are again, check engine light is on, my car is overheating and when it was overheating yesterday my car wouldn't push past 50mph. my stop/start isn't working and it's making a weird rattling sound. When I tell you every single person who works for this dealership does not give a shit about you and your car problems the minute you sign that contract, believe me. I've never had any issues with a dealership or even with cars the way I've had issues with this bum dealership and employees. I will never come back here for another car. Do yourself the favor and save yourself from purchasing a lemon car from this dealership.Anyways do not go here please listen to the reviews.I highly recommend staying away from this moss bros and any other moss bros. listen to the reviews, because I didn't.

Purchased a 21 Honda on 10/27/23. Had horrible customer service. The sales person was very pushy and condescending. At one point they called me a “tough cookie”. I felt rushed out of there and my car cleaning was terrible. There’s no attention to detail. I asked for tinting and they said “we don’t do that”.Fidel the sales manager borderline yelled at me over the phone. Overall customer service is not what it could be.

This is my 3rd attempt at dealing with a Moss Brothers service department and finally met a with a service advisor who is pleasant to work with. Clay at this location is nice, professional and seems to genuinely care about his customers. This is rare among my history of Dodge service. If you go here, ask for Clay!

I had a terrible experience with the original dealership I purchased the truck from and refused to give them anymore business. I made the switch to Moss Bros for all my service and warranty needs and couldn’t be happier. The service dept staff went above and beyond to straighten out warranty issues and was able to resolve everything. So glad to have that headache taken care of. Won’t go anywhere else, thank you again Moss Bros MoVal I really appreciate it.

My car came in for an oil change. The employee greeted me and has smiles on their faces. They joked and were professional and friendly. My kind of workers. Very satisfied with the work and how long it took. Great job

Brian in the service department had excellent customer service. He kept in communication with me the entire time my vehicle was getting worked on. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

I want to note that my family' has purchased several vehicles through Moss motors and have had relatively good service. My father worked for Chrysler for 34 years at the distribution plant in Ontario and we have been loyal molar people since and loyal to Moss. They used to have a great salesperson named "Teddy Bear" that all the Chrysler employees would purchase vehicles through Moss. It is no longer this way. I purchased a new Grand Cherokee last month. After a week we noticed a blemish on the front bumper. I thought that maybe my wife caused the blemish and didn't think much past this. My son looked at pictures our salesman sent to me and was able to see the blemish. I called the dealership and brought in vehicle to be looked at. I showed the sales manager that was on duty and showed him the pictures. He agreed that the dealership was responsible and began working with service to order parts and schedule. I was told that someone would reach out in the next two days to schedule a time and I was agreeable. I also informed them that the Sirius radio was not active as promised by the salesman. I waited a week and got no response. I called the general manager (KC) who stated that he would look into it and call me back in 5 minutes. I got a call that ringed once and then hung up. He also did not leave a voice message as he reported. I immediately called back and could not reach him. I tried to call the salesman and manager that assisted during the sale (Angel and Mike). I left messages for both with no return call. I called and left another message to KC and again no call back. I called and complained to operator who was able to locate KC and put him in the phone. He stated that he took care of everything and I could drop off my vehicle in San Bernardino on the following Monday to receive repairs. Their collision center is in SB. I arrived on time and attempted to check in when staff informed me that I did not have appointment and parts were never ordered. I asked the staff to have KC call me and once again no call back. Customer service is dead and this company demonstrates this. I have remained calm and patient during this ordeal but that does not seem to matter. They are focused with the sale and could care less for the customer once they achieved their goal of selling the vehicle.

Back in June my Jeep Cherokee randomly wouldn't start, I had it towed to Moss Bros in Moreno Valley, CA off of Eucalyptus Ave, since getting my Jeep back life as swept me by so I forgot to write my review but I will never forget the kindness and excellent service I received from Clay Sensi the assistant service manager he made the process so painless, told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle an hour after dropping it off, and continuously called me if he had an updates on my vehicle all around it was a wonderful experience and I will continue to go to the team at Moss Bros for anything pertaining to my Jeep.

Only reason I put a 1 star is because I had to, terrible dealership and even worse customer service. Made an appointment with Jesse Ruiz and he left 5 minutes before i showed up lol. I'll never go to this dealership again.

I went to moss bros dodge to pick up some parts that I ordered. I wanted to tell you guys thank you for coming up to me and asking if I needed help. I was struggling to get out of my car since I’m handicapped. Javier Ran over to see if he could help. I asked him if he could get my parts that I ordered for parts department. He told me he would go get them since I had the receipt and was really struggling, A couple minutes later I had my ordered parts. Thank you moss bros for hiring people with great customer service A++++

Wonderful service department. Clear and effective communication from the time I set the appointment all the way through service estimate, completion, and appointment completion. Clay and his team were excellent and my 1500 Ram was completed earlier than what was quoted. I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service that dropped me off at my local job, and brought me back to the service department.

Don’t recommend doing any work with this dealership, we bought a jeep at the end of march 2023 had it for about a month and it started making a rattling noise coming from the engine so we scheduled an appointment so they could check it out, come to find out it needed a whole new motor, first they said it would take about a week that week turned into a month and here we are almost 4 months later and we’re just barely getting it back, I get home and pop the hood to check it out and I see they scratched our grill and on the quarter panel as well, overall horrible experience.

Would not recommend the sales associates will do anything to bring you inside like lie about numbers. I was promised a very specific number and came inside and it was clear they will do anything in their power to get customers. They could’ve just been honest since the beginning.
