We were welcomed by a staff member named Justin. From the moment we arrived till the end of the work required on our Taos, he was very pleasant and courteous. Justin definitely should be acknowledged for his customer service. We are hoping he does receive recognition for his services at the front desk to persons that enter the service counter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Whether you are looking to purchase a car or a get repairs. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever interacted with. I am a female and brought my car in (under Warranty) and after they checked it they tacked on about $1100 in repairs not covered.Went to another VW and the repairs WERE. Covered. Not to mention the car I bought from this place and brought back IMMEDIATELY ONCE I found an oil leak…

To keep it simple, I was in a bad situation with a car that I didn't even purchase through moss bros and they took the situation I was in and literally turned it around for me. shout out to Justin and Hugo from the service department. These two have the best customer service ever. they kept in touch with us the whole Time.

Your sales person: David Luna who was very professional, not pushy at all, his calm deamenor encouraged us to take the plunge on buying our Atlas. The salesperson gave me the most competitive pricing on a lease among many VW dealers in the area. In addition, he presented a deal that would take care of not only the remaining payment on my Acura lease but would take the car in as a trade in and gave me maximum value of the car towards the lease. Finally, he drove the vehicle to our house (an hour away) with the paperwork so we didn't have to go to the dealership. All around a great experience!

My husband purchased a car from them and they added an extended warranty to his contract without his knowledge. He was called back to Moss 2 different times after purchasing the vehicle because they kept screwing up. What they did was very dishonest and deceitful.

I got so ripped off by this dealer ship I traveled 3 hours because I was gonna get a great deal! Regret ever coming here don’t get any add ons you do not want everything is optional I was told something’s were not optional and they are . Make sure to look at window sticker the manufacturer offers some of these things for free that they wanna sale you. And do not not bring a trade in as they will under value it by a lot! I would advice to buy a vehicle elsewhere.

What that dirty deal feeling? Go to Moss VW. We bought my daughter a car July 15th. They gladly took our money on a car that wasn’t even financially theirs to give. Because it was Saturday night when we signed the contract, it was understandable that they needed to go through the car as it was new to them and they had to detail it. We had to call them Monday to see if it was ready. They said they had to order a part and we couldn’t have the car till the part came in and it was repaired. Skip to FRIDAY NOW. Again we had to call them they said the part was still not in. I felt like something different was going on. SATURDAY, a week later, I was feed up. My husband call and asked to talk to the manager. The manager didn’t have answers then. Later we found out that the car had not been released from the prior owners bank and they FINANCIALLY have the contract yet. HOW? They already took a down payment from US! I called back and said if the car was not delivered to us Monday( 9 days after the contract was signed) I wanted our money back. Oh, and no mention of the part! They delivered the car Monday, the 24th without fixing the car part that they originally said was the reason we were waiting so long to have “OUR” car. Today is 2 weeks and a day since we signed the contract and they have not responded to texts about the part that was a safety issue. We will not be going to them for any other cars. This car was for my college student.

I was in distress mode …. Traveling from Northern California to Southern California my 2012 VW Beetle had engine problems as usual will not ever buy another VW again of any model … you couldn’t give me one ! But the staff at Moss worked and got me back on the road again in a decent amount of time , thank you Evette the manager for your sense of urgency .

After a week of back and forth negotiation we were able to get to a reasonable price. The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding in trying to get us a good deal. Unfortunately, after taking a second test drive we realize that this vehicle (Jetta) was not for us and decided to go with another brand. We're very appreciative at the fact that they weren't trying to pressure us into purchasing a car or having that take it or leave it attitude. The level of communication and professionalism remained positive during the negotiation process and that's how it should be.

I think everyone will have their own experience with car dealerships, but at least for me this one was a pleasant one. I bought a car from this dealership a few weeks ago and had a good experience so far. I worked with Jocelyn and Daniel who were both very cool and friendly. I recommend at least going and checking out the dealership and if it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out, but you'll get to talk to some cool people.

Recent I had the pleasure of leasing a 2023 VW Taos from this dealership. I must say that the whole experience has been exceptional. From the time when I inquired about the vehicle to the time yesterday when I got the car everyone from the dealership was responsive, and polite. I had a very specific budget and I needed them to come to my terms. David Luna and his team worked hard and got me the deal that I wanted! Thank you David! I should also mention Daniel and Chance for their help. I will totally recommend this dealership for your new and used car needs. Daniel Ramirez the sales rep was awesome. He has honest and genuine and wanted oi make sure he put me in the right car. Also the manager John was great too. They both stayed late till 11:30 PM to get the deal done. John also followed up with me the next day to thank me for the business and to set up my detailing and first maintenance. Great experience here thanks to Daniel and John.

Great customer service, honored the price quoted on last visit, clearly communicated recommendations BUT did not pressure me to get work done (I did get one of the recommendations done).Staff is very friendly and work together to help complete work.Dealership is also clean and well maintained!Will definitely be back!
