This place wanted to charge $240 for a 4.5 mile tow. MORENO VALLEY TOW charged me $70!!! Avoid this place at all cost. Rip off.

The customer service was excellent. I was informed of ETA. Driver Syed arrived on time. He exceeded my expectation. Unlike the AAA, with whom I have membership, M V Towing was super. Instead of giving excuses for the size of the tuck, the driver used his existing equipment to tow my truck safely to a nearby Auto shop where I saved a lot of money. M V was chosen by my Insurance carrier 21 Century Insurance. I am simply thankful. After two days of battle and mental pain today I got my truck back in running order. A million thanks to M V Towing and my Insurance carrier.

I had did a search cause I needed a tow right away because my starter went out on my car, I called them right off the bat they were very friendly they gave me quote and let me know how long it would be for a tow to come out to me, once I had my tow set up I had to find a shop so once I found a shop the tow truck driver had no problem rerouting me to the shop. The driver was so friendly!! I had to ride with him because I had no ride at that time so once in the road he was so friendly made great conversation didn’t make the ride to the shop awkward at all made me feel comfortable!!! Once we got to the shop he made sure the mechanic was taking care of me before he left!! If I ever need a tow again I’ll be using this company again!!! And I’ll be recommending them to friends and family!!! Great company and service!!!!!

this towing might be shady used my travel club for roadside assistance placed the call at 645 PM was told it would be 45 min 2 hours later nobody came called back they told me that MV towing had said they were out already and did the job meanwhile I'm sitting by my car still waiting my roadside assistance dispatched another tow agency who promptly came to my rescue anybody who would radio in and and said they did the job already and leave a motorist stranded should be fired
