The grounds are landscaped and there is a pool. The staff and office are described as responsive, helpful, nice, and quick to address concerns. The management works to get residents approved. However, some past residents note issues with nighttime towing, the pool often being closed, and feeling overly monitored. The process of getting apartment repairs can require owner approval, which may cause delays.
