Ridiculous to admit that currently it seems to be forced to deliver "Damaged" packages. I imagine that when you apply for a job at FedEx, they require "Masters Degree" in package damage. For the last 5 years, every package received by FedEx has come with a hole, or with a corner of the package wrinkled from having been hit, wet, etc. etc. (no exceptions). To make matters worse and a big surprise for me, it was the last package scheduled to arrive at its destination (my house) on Monday, I had that day off so that was perfect, but Monday passed and the package never arrived, because Tuesday I would arrive home very late, I changed the package to having it hold at Office Depot (FedEx office here in Moreno Valley, CA), to pick it up in person, it was not until Wednesday that I was able to go and pick it up in person, the very kind lady asked me for my identification, I gave her my driver's license, when she saw my ID she made a strange gesture and immediately called the manager, the manager came saw it and then told me - this time we are going to give you the package, but next time the address in your license and the destination address have to match. R I D I C U L O S ! ! ! The package has my name, My LEGAL ID has my name! that should be enough!!! P. S. What's next? My finger prints?

These guys are the slowest people on earth. Why do I have to wait 30 minutes just to pick up a fed ex package that you've got stored behind the counter? And if you a person of color they really take their time. I'm going to start having my packages delivered to Walgreens instead! At least I don't have to wait. BEEEEOCHES

Low staff and limited supply’s I don’t know why I try so hard to keep stationary stores alive . As a stationary girly and teacher office supply store are the best place to spend time but hard to justify when it takes longer to check out then find what I am sopping for .

Very bad customer service by Aleah or Leah. She needs some training or needs to be retrained on customer service! Plus the waiting time is ridiculously long...

Very expensive to print on stickers paper. $2 a piece plus 75 cent per print. They didn't let me print a protest picture. They didn't like what it said. Lol I know who to boycott now. Even though their store already looked boycotted. But lucky for me I bought sticker paper and printed it for free on my printer. Truth will be heard! Good luck with ur store...

Store opens and 8:00 am yet there is no staff to handle shipping, faxing or any other business needs. Was informed that no one would be there until 10:00 am to handle business needs. I was not the only customer who came in to ship a parcel. Do not rely on this store if you have early morning shipping or other business needs.

I regret not getting your sales techs name. He was so informative and pleasant. He was your morning cashier, and he actually set the mood for the rest of my day. Thank you Mr. Sales tech.

I honestly Do NOT understand why you have to check in and wait 25min or more to print some copies. Other locations you walk up to the kiosk, send email, get a QR code and scan/get our copies and you're out the door. This location is always a wait of 30min+ when there is only 3 customers and 4 employees... someone please explain??!!
