“The store is excellent but one thing everyone should beware of is whenever you use the ATM inside, if you see someone pretending to use the pay phone that’s right next to the ATM, he’s really waiting for you to leave so he can retrieve the credit card skimmer he placed on that ATM. That ATM is not safe to use, that skimmer will copy your credit card and have your pin. By the way, I doubt that pay phone even works.”

“Zen Apothecary is the best pharmacy we've ever gone to. Diana is extremely knowledgeable about the medications she fills for her patients. She notifies, then advises how to properly take medications & provides any possible side effects. We appreciate the wealth of knowledge she has as well as how much she cares about her patients. Lynne stays on top of refills ensuringl prescriptions are ready and awaiting pick-up. We appreciate all that she does too!”

“I've gone here for a good while now mainly to pick up my parents meds and I've never been to a better pharmacy in my honest opinion. They are always welcoming and unlike most other pharmacies, they actually look you in the eye and not treat you like a number on a screen. Never had a time where the prescriptions weren't in stock either. Just good people ?”

“Pros: They were able to fill my Rx in a timely manner. I found the pharmacist to be helpful, a bit on the cold side, but after a little conversation, we were better. I read the reviews and wonder if niceties go farther than we think. They are humans, have bad days, get cranky customers, and process hundreds/thousands of scripts in a day. Give them a break....I would want one. I love the way that CVS handles the medication information. I get all the information I could possibly use with each Rx. I choose CVS specifically because of this feature.Cons: The wait lines are too long. There is usually only 1 "cashier" the 3 times I have been to this location. The store is quite a bit messy and dirty. This location needs a deep clean.I look forward to giving them another chance and hope they will step up their game.Update: We again visited this location and the lines were so much shorter. They were still friendly but we were in and out of this location very quickly. This has moved up for us.”
“I've been trying to get a hold of the manager Paul for hours about a purchase of items that I didn't receive in my bags . And no answer through customer service or forwarding . So I drove down while on hold still and constant ringing to customer service . James helped out a lot and resolved the issue , if James wasn't so helpful and kind I would have been a agitated customer . As a manager of a different store his customer service is great and resourceful .”

“I had to stop taking my medication due to my insurance and cvs/rite aid not communicating properly to get my medicine covered. Frustrated, I gave up trying. I tried again months later and my specialist said I'm sending it here, they know what they are doing. I had the prescription filled and covered the next day. They do more than all other pharmacies I've ever tried using. Wonderful job. Seriously.”
