Ordered 2 pepperoni pizza for carry out and got 2 cheese pizza.. something is out of wack with the app!!And wth! Is that service fee for? What does that fee do for me… that I have to pay it? Just another way to take your money! And why are you not told about it in advance!!!

The Manager Linda expertly manage to politely to have a man in which his behavior was absolutely horrible and intrusive, she deseclated the problem easily, after she apologized to my self and another women for the inconvenience that this man was doing in which was harassing her with questions about employees and when do they come in and their names. Absolutely disrespectful and crass. She smiled right after that incident and took my order promptly and efficiently. I wish I coul give 6 stars. Thank you Linda for showing absolute pause and grace that made my day.

Good food, but service can be better, had me waiting to be helped at least 5 minutes, also they have a bell on door to be bale to hear a customer come in but no luck also heard a very loud conversation between the employees.

Horrible customer service I went in there. I ordered a pizza I was on time. I asked if they could have her ready by 8:45. I walked in there at 8:35. He goes slam my pizza on the counter. I have old wings old pizza at that point I just asked for a refund he lied and said we don’t do refunds. He was very rude and obnoxious. And I go there all the time I’ve been going to this pizza spot for years and never had a problem. I refuse to give them a penny of my money, and I will make sure make sure that I will not stop until my voice is heard the rudeness in that pizza place and he said they don’t give out refunds but they have no signs saying that they don’t give out refund. Did he lied and said he don’t know how to do refund I’m uploading pictures no sign that say no refund.

have it not be late and rock hard. and actually have the manager contact me about what happened instead of keeping me on hold for an hour and never answering.Couple years later and I try them again. Look at that another bad review. Pizza was cold and rock hard. Because they refused to make change on a $100 bill for a $50 order. According to the shift lead it's because they didn't have change. Well here's the thing they certainly have Change if you place an order for delivery. If you're going to order pizza hut go with a different store. Unless you want the runaround from management.

I ORDERED MY MEAL AND SET IT UP TO BE DELIVERED THE ORDERED WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DELVIERED AT 4:45 PM AT 5:10 I CALLED THE STORE BECUSE I HAD NOT RECEIVED Y FOOD AND WHEN I CHECKED THE TRACKING IT SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE 35 TO 45 MINUTES BY THIS TIME IT WAS ALREADY OVER AN HOUR FROM WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. I CALLED IN TO THE STORE THE BOY THAT ANSWERED INFORMED ME THATTHEY HAD ISSUES WITH THEIR DRIVER BUT HE WOULD BE LEAVING THE STORE SOON AND MY ORDER WAS HIS FIRST STOP I ASKED IF THE FOOD WOULD BE COLD WHEN HE ARRIVED TO WHICH HE RESPONDED NO ITS BEEN IN THE HOT BOX THIS WHOLE TIME. I WAITED FOR HIM TO ARRIVE 20 MORE MINUTES PASSED FROM WHEN I HUNG UP WITH HIM AND HE CALLED ASKING WHAT APARTMENT I WAS IN I TOLD HIM I LIVE IN A HOUSE HE THEN ASKED ME MY ADDRESS AND I VERIFIED THE ADDRESS HE HAD WHICH IS A HOUSE HE SAID OHH IM IN THE WRONG PLACE ILL BE THERE IN 10 MINUTES HE ARRIVED ALMOST 25 MINTUES LATER. MY FOOD WAS COLD AND THE PIZZA WAS HARD AS IT HAD COME OUT OF THE OVEN OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF EARLIER. TO SY I WAS UPSET WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED A REFUND FOR FOOD BEFORE AND I BELIEVE I DESERVE ONE FOR THIS ORDER THE ONLY ITEM I RECEVED THAT WAS WARM NOT HOT WARM WAS THE PASTA BUT THATS PROVBABLY DUE TOT HE ALUMINUM CONATAINER. WHO DO I CONTACT FOR A REFUND?
