Never again. I’ve brought my car here a few times and each time it’s not been throughly cleaned inside. Like clearly, the steering wheel and dashboard and cup holders were not cleaned. I thought maybe ok they forgot or it was an accident but for a $75 car wash, I would think it be more detailed. The customer service is great. The actual service not so much

Used to be great but under new management. The wash is sloppy and always miss something. The vacuum is even worse. So you vacuum my floor but I ignore the French fry on the seat? Also no cash back now so I guess no tip because I'm not using that overpriced ATM. The Latina lady at the register is so rude and brushed me off when I asked how can I leave a tip. She didn't even mention the big ole ATM. I guess my days here are over. I'll drive a little farther down the street to another car wash.

Well, I’ll never use them again. 20min to get vacuumed and truck sat in wash another 12 minutes as employees sat under a tree and manager walk-in around doing nothing. 32 minutes of my life was waisted waiting for a wash to the point I demanded my vehicle back and left. Best part, only 4 cars there on a Friday afternoon. Sign said $23 and they “added” $10 just because I had a truck when advertising said $14. Would not recommend this rundown place

Manager was argumentative when I told him and had the nerve to call me a liar and said I wasn't waiting 32min.

Great customer service. Not so good carwash. I paid for the ultimate carwash and ended up vacuuming and wiping down my truck again when I got home.

Paid extra to have my floor mats cleaned. They damaged one of them. Guy wasn't even going to say anything. Until I pointed it out.Miguel assistant manager said that they would reimburse me for replacement. Go back today for reimbursement and now he he has to check with manager. Definitely not not ever coming back here again.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

NEVER AGAIN this is the worst car wash I have ever been to THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR and act like they didn’t do anything and the manger told me it was my problem!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER never going to this car was ever again worst car wash in MOVAL!!!!

They left my car keys inside the car and left it on for two hours! I wasn’t able to get my keys and the manager didn’t want to take responsibility for it so I had to pay someone $150 just for them to open my car door. They didn’t give me a refund and still made me pay for the car wash that was still unfinished.DO NOT COME HERE!I REPEAT DON’T COME HERE!!

Staff is excellent, very friendly, courteous, and professional and they have quite a bit of car cleaning and air fresheners and other things for your pride and joy ???? I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great hand wash on their vehicle.

Terrible!! Waited over 2 hours to get a half ass clean on my car. I had to re vacuum and clean the inside & outside of my car. I was offered a credit for a free wash and declined it. I would rather hand wash myself before coming back here.

Used to love coming here but lately idk what's up with how the heck they have been washing these cars . Why pay to have a hand wash wash if I could do a better job at a 7$ car cash .

HORRRRIBLEEEE SERVICE!!!! if I have to come home to revaccum and wipe my car down and shine parts of my car, it is a horrible job. only vacuumed half of my vehicle! Bug residue on my windshield, hand prints on my paint. Overall completely dirty still. Floor mats barely vacuumed. Waste of $45. On top of that, they charge $15 bec I have big tires which they didn't even clean. DO NOT GO THERE. I'm not sure if they got new management or new employees but whatever the case is... THEYRE NOT WORTHY OF YOUR MONEY.

Very disappointed this is the 5th or 6th time I visited this car wash. I get the basic $24 wash so I don't expect much. Today when getting in my car not only were there still dirt on the flooring. The doors and center counsel didn't get a wipe down. After speaking to the manager he informed me that the wash only includes the dashboard to be wiped down. He did say he would take care of the vacuuming. He also mentioned that it cost $30 extra for the doors to be wiped down, not detailed just wiped down. He stated that he gets complaints all of the time because the miscommunication. That his workers work for better tips and will wipe it down when they're not supposed to. He did not apologize and or offer to wipe them down this time. I will not be coming back lost a customer here. And the second vacuuming wasn't a good job.

Worst vacuum service , and they charge add’ $15 for interior cleaning that was mediocre for $44 !!!! I was better off at 22144 Alessandro Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 Hand Wash service
