Seen an elderly man ask three associates, on the floor... , where something was and not one of them walked him to where they kept pointing and directing him. Sad to see our elderly treated so poorly.

I visited to buy soil for my garden I asked to have the bulk price as I will purchase 20 packs according to the tag price, the manager Edwin directed the check out lady to provide a discount for me and when I questioned the price on the tag he clarified that the price is per cu feet which was okay for me, and I got it. When I was about to purchase with the price he mentioned he told the lady to take out the discount he offered, by asking why he commenting" I usually help people but I decided not to this time !!!!!!!!" I found his comment extremely offensive and rude, done with this branch....

This is for store 1087, what happen to Home depot the future looks bad, Customer service is dead, They stopped training associates, so it's not their fault, Leadership starts at the top, Corporate stopped caring about the customer, and you can see the results, Especially at 1087 Moreno Valley store, Management team needs more training in Taking care of the customer Keeping them in the stores the basics in customer services, I ordered a new appliance Range stove the wrong one (gas) I needed an electric one, Just an exchange that store told me they couldn't exchange or return it, Corporate said the same, I'm a pro customer I spend over $100k a years, I was told they don't care if i shop there, do the math stock holders, would you wanna lose a customer over a $559 stove and it's an exchange only??? So you see they don't care, So I'm done shopping there I will be shopping at Lowes now!! P.S Don't shop 1087 Perris blvd Home depot

Customer service sucks here! I waited for someone to open the locked drill sets for 30 mins not once, but 2 different days. I kept asking for help and kept getting the "let me call someone" response

Usually has what I need for my projects and the staff is fairly nice and knowledgeable. Every once in a while you get someone on a bad day. What really knocks this store down is that they don't accept Apple Pay or any other contactless pay method, it's 2023, accept Apple Pay...

The guy at the rental place, is rude. I asked him for a rental and he looked at me like I was dumb. He did listen when my husband asked him the same thing. I used to work at Home Depot I know what I'm talking about. I'm really disgusted with him.

Within a few hours of putting in a pickup order for GFCI Outlets, multiple electricians were calling my phone number. I cannot believe that Home Depot sells your information to vendor so they can harass you. They force you to give a phone number to be able to do pickup orders and the only reason for that is so that they can resell that phone number to the electricians plumbers Etc. Goodbye Home Depot going to Lowe's

Make that a "No Star Rating" THREE months wait to have 3 in home doors replaced. Then another 10 days after targeted date. I had paid the entire cost of the doors up front the day they were ordered. I interacted with 4 associates who told me the person I interacted previously was "Off Today". Honest. Oh sorry one was on vacation. I asked for my money back was given a round about that their computers were down. Went back the next day and was told their computers were down. I asked how can their computers be down 2 days in a row them being such a big name store. I told them I wasn't leaving until I got my money back. The female (Jessica, but the receipt had another female name on it) after she was on the phone with someone in finance said Diane will refund your funds to your bank. I got all my monies back. That was the only positive thing I can comment about the poor service at the Eastvale HD. The staff is dearly in need of a Customer Relation Course. G.

Still no word on my jacked up kitchen but I just finished paying for all this damage in full.Damn shame when the product bought in a box from home Depot has defects they refuse to address,if my family blows up I'm suing them if I'm not dead.They have to be the sorriest excuse for home a repair business,they should be in dimalation,they have botched enough jobs and won't answer after getting $10,000. Hell I have to spend more to fix their damages..

Been going here for years for all kinds of different jobs and have most recently been expanding my garden and this location always has what I need. I've gone to other Home Depots, but they are not all created equal. I find the Moreno Valley location has a better variety of plants and pots, as well as the soil I like to use. Also, we were looking for a specific size and color of rock for one of our planters and they were the only location that had it in stock and as many bags as we needed. Every employee we've encountered has been very nice and helpful, so no complaints there.

John in the swamp cooler department- I had a cooler pump go out on me and called Yucca Valley Home Depo I told John in that department what my broken pump info said and asked if they had one compatible he told me he has no idea I'd have to come look - I informed him that I needed to talk with somebody he repeated that I have to come look I told him I'd like to make sure they have a part before I drive the 30 miles so I asked for someone that would know and asked his name he hung up on me.. I had to call back and I got his name and got someone to answer my ? This employee was Rude and I would not recommend him to answer any ? You might have--- as employees your supposed to put your best foot forward he was terrible! When I called back I got someone that was willing to look that up for me. He was just being lazy!

I would give zero stars if I could. Went in attempting to spend quite a bit for numerous custom mirror doors, along with Home Depot installation. Went to mill works and saw a few customers already waiting. One told me she was waiting for 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes, multiple overhead pages for an associate by passing employees.....and nothing. I went to the pro desk where after requesting for a manager for 20minutes he shows up. Advises me the mill works employee was "on lunch" . I asked him if they stopped making sales and/or if all operations in millworks stop? by now it had been two hours long with the other customers waiting time. Manager advised me they will find me an associate who is "somewhat" knowledgeable in special ordering. With that being said, left to lowes just a short distance away, received help within 10minutes. I had ignored the Yelp reviews for this Home Depot. I shouldn't have.
