This is absolutely my favorite clothing store! The customer experience is outstanding. The staff are all incredibly **nice, polite, and welcoming**. The Manager is particularly sweet and always makes a point of greeting customers with a smile when they walk in. The prices are **amazing** and the **quality of the clothes is fantastic**. Highly recommend stopping by. Thank you 😊

No dressing room is a pitty ... I left some things, I'm not gona buy them and find at home its not laying on me right ... Good they alow to try the shoes in the store. So cheap policy, not reaching to customers.

I went to this business a couple days ago with my service Dog walked around the store
For a while.
While I was walking around
I saw a dress I liked. Ask one of the employees if she could take it down which took forever for her to come and help she asked me If my dog was a service dog I told her yes proceeded to ask me for papers for my service dog which I told her I did not have to show by law. She proceeded to say
That her manager told them to ask for the papers which I told her was illegal and then proceeded To tell me again that she was told by her manager To ask for service papers and that they don't allow pets in the store. Note that I explained to her that my service dog was a service dog and training .... she posted it to say that she was the assistant manager.
You would think that they will be trained properly and no that is illegal to ask for service papers... i will post the bottom half for your education................
it is illegal for a merchant or business owner in the United States to demand or require documentation, such as certification papers or licenses, to prove that a service animal is legitimate. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits businesses from asking for this type of documentation

This is the largest Rainbow location I have seen thus far in California and I love it! A huge selection of clothing and friendly staff. Found great deals. Definitely will come back!

This is the worst clothing store I’ve ever been to I will never return to the store again the customer service was horrible the workers are in there like there mad at someone they are so unprofessional they are extremely rude and they don’t even have there return policy on the receipt I went to return a item they gave me store credit you only have 7days to get cash back but they don’t even put that on the receipt I will never shop here again or recommend anyone to shop here

Love it however went today 10.29.24 to find them closed. Wish website would have stated this, or sign in window. Drove, since several miles to get here.

Love the deals! customer service is very welcoming upon entering the store! had less than a handful of cashiers that were not so friendly but for the most part I’ve always had a pleasant experience here.
