I like this store. The only thing I don't like about it. Is I can't try the clothes on there. I have to buy it and come back real quick. Just to try it on. They should stop, because the store clothes smells like shit and weed. Some don't and some do. Either or I'm going to come back lol.

I went in there this morning, and I purchased a small dog collar that was $6 and I wanted to pay cash and the girl on the register asked if I had the exact change and I told her no, then she asked if I had money on my card so I can pay that way and I told her no I want to pay cash. And she kept saying she didn't have change, so she started calling her "manager" to get change but she couldn't hear her. And she did call her several times, so then I just asked her to cancel my transaction and to give me back my money becuase I needed to leave and she stated she couldn't, so finally the manger came and asked her what was the problem, and the girl on the register made it seem like it was my fault because I needed to leave and I didn't have change. The manager gave me attitude and gave this ugly look and stated she was with another customer and couldn't leave that person . That will be the last time I go there. Customer service sucks. Management needs to be a little more professional and friendlier. I only gave them one star cus I had to, to post this. But I would not have given them any.

I love Rainbow! However i noticed everytime i am ready to pay. The cashiers have an attitude for no reason!!!! They are not friendly at all! They will greet you when you come in but when u have a question or ready to pay They'll reply but with an attitude! No customer service skills at all! There's no need for that!

They don’t explain the return policies and never said if I don’t get a receipt I wouldn’t be able to return my item or exchange I feel like this store got over on me & will never spend my money here again ! So make sure you ask for a receipt smh

This store has really cute clothes and good deals but the shopping experience is so uncomfortable! The workers are rude, follow you around the store, and are constantly staring at you without even asking you if you’re finding everything okay. I came in today (5/8/2023) to find outfits for my birthday and had to walk out without buying anything because I just couldn’t focus with how uncomfortable everyone was making me feel. Mind you, I’m going on a week long vacation so I was planning on spending at least $300! But thanks to the poor customer service, I had to take my business elsewhere. I get that smaller stores like this have to watch out for potential thieves, I get that. But if the staff used their common sense they would’ve noticed that not only was I not wearing a purse, I had on a skin tight gym outfit so there definitely wasn’t gonna be any stealing from me! Cute clothes and nice store with great potential but horrible service EVERY TIME.

Nice place. They have cute women and kids' clothes. And the staff is really friendly Ms. T and Ms. S were really helpful to me; they helped me pick out a few good outfits for my wife... Thank you again, ladies

Horrible service! The people who work here especially the managers are so unprofessional they sit around acting like it’s high school trying to be mean girls. Both embarrassing and pathetic. Between the cheap clothes and half broken items I won’t be ever coming back

Store # 01373 manager Lonnise provided excellent customer service. She was so kind and helped me find leggings for work that weren't see through. This location is huge and has a variety to choose from for woman kids and plus size. I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Lonnise :)

This place is the worst store imaginable. I went with my friend who has shopped at Rainbow in San Bernardino in the past with a great experience, but we were by the store in Moreno Valley and she wanted to see what was available.As she was looking at some shoes at a display, a staff member told her that the shoes on display were not for sale and pointed her to the where the stock supply of shoes were located. After going through what was available, my friend asked one of two staff members if the shoes she was looking at were available in a size 6, the staff member told her the shoe wasn’t available in a size 6. My friend continued looking through the available sizes to see what other sizes were available for a possible gift. The staff member repeated that the shoe was not available in a size 6 two additional times. My friend told the staff member that she was looking for other sizes to see if she could purchase them as a gift. The staff member walked away and started snickering and laughing with the other staff member at the front counter.As my friend moved to other parts of the store, the staff member sarcastically asked if my friend had found a size 6 in the shoes. My friend told her “No”, and advised that she wasn’t just looking for herself. Then she asked if the staff member was a manager, in which she replied “Yes”.My friend went to the other staff member in the store and asked if she was a manager, and she also replied that she was a manager, and so was the other staff member. My friend told the second staff member that the other staff member was very rude to her and she was not happy with the way that she was speaking to her.As my friend started to depart the store, the two staff members were standing together at the store counter. The one staff member called out to my friend and stated sarcastically, “I hope you find a size 6”, as they both laughed at my friend while departing the store.I was shocked at the treatment by the Rainbow staff members, who were also store managers. I later did a search for the store’s reviews, and found it amazing that the reviews were similar and very bad. Apparently, Rainbow just doesn’t care about the managers or employees at this store. There were no responses or apologies made to any of the previous reviews, showing that this place doesn’t care. I guess this is the image that Rainbow likes. Rude and disrespectful treatment to visiting customers. I really hope this place closes down. We don’t need a business like this in any local community. They should move this business into a parking lot and sell their stuff out of the trunk of a car. At least you know what kind of service to expect, but that would be disrespectful to people that sell their stuff from a car trying to make an honest living.We will never return to this location again. Probably never go to any Rainbow and make sure to discourage any friends or family from visiting any Rainbow location in the future.

Cool store, great merch but rude, unfriendly associates behind the counters. Talking, laughing and gossiping about customers. Def not cool, and they wonder why NO ONE wants to frequent their business. Def will drive to other locations and spend My money elsewhere.
