I brought my boots in to have them cleaned and new tuff tow put on. The customer service was not good and when i got them back they didn’t put all new tuff toe on, they just filled in the messed up part of the last tuff toe i had. Also the quality of the tuff toe they put on is horrible, it is paper thin and has bubbles. I will not go back to that store and I recommend everyone to go to a different location, even if it’s a bit of the drive.

Not for the week of heart, I bought a pair of Classic MOC 6 inch boots. It took me 3 months to break them in, wearing them at least 6 days a week. But at a heavy price, they left scars on my ankles, blisters on both my big toes and pinky toes. I had to go back and buy the upgrade insert because they hurt my lower back after standing for too long. I will say after the 6 month mark they don’t bother my feet anymore but they still hurt my back standing for too long. These are good for casual use, but definitely not for day to day work boots. In my situation. The soul also wears out very fast. I will be going in to get a new one this week.

Customer service was great. The staff was able to answer all of my questions. Redwing products have a higher price but are worth purchasing. Shoes and slippers are very durable, comfortable and long lasting. I will be returning again when it's time for a new pair.

I went in recently to check on a seasonal sale they were having. The sale had been going on for a bit and of course didn’t have my size being that I’m a very common size. I needed to get my feet sized and even though I wasn’t going to buy anything the representative there was very courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me with getting my size which helped me in buying a couple of pairs with another redwing store a few states away. Great job Red Wing ?

Every Red Wings close at five around California, but the one that’s closest to me close at four. How inconvenient for someone that has to work seven days a week and gets off at 4 o’clock every day and and can’t get to one until after six
