I get it, it's Ross.. but waiting 40 minutes in a line with only two cashiers open while reps through the store just stand around and talk is ridiculous. When this was brought to the attention of employee Mary Jane, she could care less. Burlington and Home Goods are in the same parking lot, go there instead.

Personally, I think this Ross Location is Heavily Stocked. Which is a good thing if you have time to look around, I suggest you do. They greet you with a welcoming tone. I always see people here, so I believe people share my opinion. I have seen a bad attitude coming from the cashiers but, I always say, customer service is always a tough job for everyone in it

Perfect store for those looking to decorate their homes. Huge housewares, babies, beauty, luggage and women's sections. The men's section can be missed if you blink while you walking past it.Friendly staff and fairly clean restrooms.

Cashier has poor customer service, not friendly, and very rude. No eye contact, no greeting plus she drop the receipt on the floor not even an apology. Just to hear the word next customer. Never going to shop at that location again.

I give this store 2 ⭐ simple due to the fact that there is NEVER enough cashiers on there 8 lanes ?? you got 1 cashier that possibly just came outta training an hour ago ??♀️ I just can't wit you Ross , now don't get me wrong the store is clean the isle are clear (welp not the toys but come on where toys are children we be .lol) but you have more people on the floor really doing nothing but maybe waiting for someone to put something outta place so they can fix it ?? I mean you got that training down pack so get your line from the fitting room but maybe I don't know having more then 1 damn cashier on a 8lane store ??? ijs maybe I will visit you more

I have to say that the store did not meet my expectations. The items are very unorganized, and the floor was dirty. I went in looking for baby boy and young boys clothes, and the sections were practically empty. No swim wear for them either. I did not find what I was looking for at all. The loss prevention guy up front was the only staff with a friendly face.

chose a simple exercise short that was priced at 7.99 without brand X, when I went to pay it didn't have the price tag, and the cashier tells me that the price is 11.99 when none of them cost that, not even the brand ones they had there, and I tell the cashier if I could go and see the prices please someone and 2 people at the entrance and only questioning you and answering you without a good attitude but nothing wanting to help you... I just paid for the other thing I brought and I saw they don't care about customer service...

Steven is not a good manager. He has this "favorite" named Tonda that he will not put in check despite her mistreating employees multiple times (and being constantly on perosnal calls). And because of that, she thinks she can do whatever she wants and has continued to treat employees poorly over the years. She complains DAILY "oh, I work too hard" or " or "I need a raise". She acts like she's management when she's NOT. When you tell an employee "why are you talking?!!" as you're trying to explain to her that we have to clear the doorway and get told "AND HES STILL TALKING!" should tell you want BS employees have to deal with.Or how about STEVEN allowing years/on going arguments between Tonda and another employee that everyone else had to deal with, completely UNNECESSARY stress because "they do their jobs well"?! Screw you man.The fact that Steven didn't make Tonda apologize to anyone is what truly infuriating. And even more infuriating is Deja, she let this situation go on for years by backing her attitude.This one is closer to me, but I shop at the other one in my town because they do NOT clean up and organize as well.

Came in today to get mother's day gift for my wife. Soon as I came n store I'm watched the whole time. Anyways I still bought 2 bottles perfume. I get to line no greeting, then she shorts me 10$. Then makes me wait 5 min while she helps the next customer. Now I'm late for work because of a worker who's not properly trained to give right change back. There's no African American workers there maybe that's why I got treated so rude. Never shop here

Worst Ross I've been too ! I've given this store so many chances because I have kids and it's literally down the street from my house but OMG ! The employees literally announce that they need to be out the clock in 10 minutes while there is still customers in the store ! I completely understand when it's getting close to closing time but through the intercom they tell security to "scan" the isles meaning chase customers out before the doors close ! The employees are rude will scan your items and walk away ! And let's not talk about the personal conversations they have at the registers . I know it's just Ross but I mean seriously not right gonna make it to tj max across from now on

Ross has decent clothing at reasonable prices considering allot of the apparel or foot wear they sell are discounted styles. It's an ok store because of it's location but also because of it's location you may see some serious nonsense but just pay it no mind and go!? Just kidding it's a decent store with allot of businesses surrounding the plaza in which they're located.

Had 2 items and stood in line for what seemed an hour. The lines was so slow it wasn't worth coming here so be warned. I was a cashier once and I knew how to "get the line down". The cashiers here just seem to be on their own time.
