Welcome to claustrophobic shopping. The aisles are so narrow you can't even move. Ross is one of the most irritating places to shop. This store especially with the rude fitting room attendant. They make you hang the cheap clothing on the rack again twice before and after trying on the worthless clothing. Ross only sells the junk that can't sell at regular retailers.... They pay 59 cents per piece of clothing and then do a money grab with the public for $29.00

The cashier Jose was very unprofessional while performing my transaction. Very stand off ish and rude when asking him a question, he ignored me and after getting his attention he failed to provide an answer . Definitely makes me not want to come back with such bad customer service.

Ross is always good prices for mostly quality clothes, household items, shoes, misc items. Perfect for Christmas. I just wish I can smell the colognes in case I wanted to buy one that I haven't tried yet

I get it, it's Ross.. but waiting 40 minutes in a line with only two cashiers open while reps through the store just stand around and talk is ridiculous. When this was brought to the attention of employee Mary Jane, she could care less. Burlington and Home Goods are in the same parking lot, go there instead.
