Do not come here unless you want horrible customer service. LISA the Manger has a bad attitude. I was in there this morning and I saw that there was a deal on the ion hair color. I wanted to know what was included and asked Lisa. She answered a little harsh telling me to look as they are labeled on what is included. I felt taken back a bit but disregarded it and continued the conversation. I was going to ask her what the equivalent was of what I used in the ion brand. I said "this is what I normally get bu" Lisa sharply cut me off and said " well that one is not included in the sale" at this point I was officially upset since I couldn't even ask a question without her snappish tone. I said "I know it's not included. If you would let me finish my question you would know I was asking for the equivalent in the ion brand. To this she took the item I normally buy 7N in matrix and read it out loud. I thought she said blonde but that in my mind was weird since I'm a brunette, so I asked if she was sure. Lisa said "THAT'S WHAT I READ ISN'T IT" at this tone I said to her that she was being quite rude to me. She said she is sorry that I had those feelings. I said you should be sorry for your actions not my feelings. I asked for her name and she got loud again "MY NAME IS LISA, WHATS YOUR NAME!" this was the last straw for me and I left and called corporate after. This woman has a bad way about her and if this is what Sally uses as management then I can only imagine that the company cares little about the way their employees treat customers.

Went into this business today and will not be returning. I was on an aisle looking for a straightener and noticed the cashier watching me. I then head to another aisle just to make sure I’m not assuming things and sure enough, she’s right there standing. I proceeded to place things that were IN MY HANDS down and exited the building… extremely offended and will not be returning!

This is quite the store I went inside with my jacket on because it was cold outside not because I wanted to fill my pockets with unpaid merchandise. This must have been what the cashier assumed since she went into the same shopping aisle as I did then I noticed her and moved over she moved over as well basically immediately after me. Once I was ready to pay her attitude was extremely rude. It really seemed like I had bothered her for coming into the store to purchase items. After she finished ringing up all my items I kindly showed her my phone coupon. She looked mad because she had to cancel part of the transaction. Then she stares at me waiting to pay when she hasn’t even told what my new total is. I payed fast to avoid her continuous bad attitude. She said have a nice day but it didn’t seem genuine at all. Will definitely not be visiting this Sally’s location but look forward to visiting other locations with better customer service.

Sitting here in front of the store, at 7:43 pm, and the door is locked the hours are clearly stated here on Yelp & the door ... open until 8 pm.

So Sally's always comes through in a pinch. Not sure why I haven't written a review for them before. I truly do love my local Sally's . The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love that you can browse and not be disturbed. (Not that we're doing much browsing these days its all about in and out). The store is always clean and neat and the variety is good. I belong to their little club and once I spend enough money I get a $5 coupon. Every little bit helps in these times we live in....

This is the most horrible Sally's ever. I came here 11/5/19 a little after 12pm and had the worst experience of my life. I came to exchange some products that I never ended up using. I let the woman know right away it was an exchange and she was giving me dirty looks while I was taking the products out of the bag. She asked me if I had a receipt and I said no and that's when she really started being more rude. She told me she couldn't return the product then and I said oh no I just want to exchange. She looked at me up and down and said "go find it then" I was like excuse me? She said go get what you wanted to exchange it for in such a rude way. I was like um, can you tell me how much all this is worth? And she just had this blank stare on her face. The whole interaction was so strange! She just started scanning my products and then told me the total. I actually was in a time crunch and I just wanted to get a merchandise store credit card. But I felt forced to get something. I was the only customer in the store and I'm not kidding you the way this woman was treating me, I was actually afraid. While I was browsing for something she comes in the same aisle pretending to be working but was actually keeping her eye on me like I was stealing! It was so uncomfortable. I picked out some stuff I didn't even want and once she rang me up she told me I still had $7 left. I asked her to put it on a card for me and she says nothing at all. She eventually does put it on a card for me. Once I get my stuff I'm still standing there for a receipt. And she looks at me like what are you still doing here. So I asked for a receipt and she says "Since you didn't give me a receipt you don't get one" in the rudest way possible. I left the store feeling horrible. I happen to know Sally's has one of the best return/exchange policy's around. They have the "Love it or Return it Guarantee" where you don't need a receipt to exchange something. It's not like the products I returned were used or open, they were still brand new! So for her to be acting like that is so beyond me. And the comment that since I didn't give her a receipt she wont give me one. Um you should never make the customer feel like they did something wrong. This store lost a customer. I'm in the beauty business and I will make sure to spread word of this horrible hostile store.

I love this place. Girls are always so helpful and nice. They are knowledgeable and patient. I'm always confused on what to buy but they always guide me. The girls always take their time to show u n say good morning or afternoon, love that. Good selection n prices.
