Horrible customer service. Could not access my unit for days after the reservation. No management onsite but was told the office was open. Horrible experience went with a different storage company.

Extremely Bad Customer Service. Tried to call and go in the office for some questions. Weren't even there DURING OFFICE HOURS. Yes, the 24/7 customer service from the phone did help me though which I appreciate.

Buyer beware. Once you move in they will raise your rates through the roof. I have a 10X20 that they are advertising at a $117 for the first 3 months and $180 a month afterward. They just raised me to over $300 a month for the same unit. It feels like unethical price gouging. I have been with them for many years, even through a rash of break-ins (see more accurate yelp reviews). It's not fair that I am paying double. I can't afford it and if I could I would rather it go to charity.

Nadia & Aurylina on globe st are amazing, I really appreciate the service they provide. I dont think there's another storage i would rather store my property in.

Been storing here for five years now the managers in the office give great customer service. Property is very clean never had any issues. Definitely recommend storing here. Rent is fairly low and great.
