My bestfriend, godkids & myself went into the store to look around at shoes.. Richard assisted me in finding the sizes that I needed. He is definitely the real MVP. My bestfriend didn’t want me to buy her some shoes but I did anyway & he did his absolute best to keep it a secret! I appreciate you Richard!!!!!! You’re the best!!!!

I was Christmas shopping for my son and Michael helped me find all the right things I needed minus the fact that I was back and forth on a few things he was patient. This mall has really gone down hill it's sad but I'll continue coming for the service.

Y'all have the slowest computer system ever I waiting 15 mins for transaction To be approved like wow they have good stuff N All but it's that computer that's slow I Also Did a return an it took 20 -30 mins to get it going Cuz the "computer is slow" They have great employees All respectful But Like I Said Those slow a** computers Gotta go

if I can give a 0 star I would, this location doesn't deserve even one star. in a nutshell, I was given a gift from my son , it doesn't fit, I have no receipt do to it being a gift, I needed to exchange for it for something that does. Carlos the assistant mgr. was very rude and stand-offish , just basically told me to get out , nothing he can do. Can't call corporate, can't call his mgr. , can't call the district mgr. nothing, just leave . Then when I got upset, that's when he wanted to pawn me off on his store mgr. the next day , just very mean Man, with horrible customer service. I called the Corporate # ( which is a joke) and they told me all that's needed by a mgr is to get a email by the district mgr saying it's ok for a exchange. I asked Carlos to help , he refused. To me it's it's a reasonable thing to do, since I'm not asking for any money back just a exchange. And Carlos did not want to left a finger to help. I've never seen a associate with absolutely no enthusiasm at all to help a customer, it was bizarre! this place is a "No go" I'm not sure why it's in business still, with customer service like that I'm sure it's on its way out.

Carlos is always busy to take care of his customers, customers should be his number one priority but he never available to help out with issues . Need a new manager that can step up to the plate and take care of his customers bad customer service

Gave one star because there was not an option for 0 stars. Lord knows they don't deserve any. My issue was I ordered and PAID for a pair of shoes online with the option for next day pick up. When I arrived I presented my Order # and the employee (Carlos) went to the back to get my shoes. Carlos came back with the box, showed me the box with the size I ordered printed on the box (Sz 11), asked if I wanted to try on the shoes I declined since it was a busy day. Carlos bags the shoes and I proceed back to my vehicle. When i get to my car I decide to inspect the shoes fully and as I look into the shoes I see a (Sz 10) sticker in one of the shoes so I inspect the other and both were size 10. I took the shoes back to the store where the workers seemed to be "surprised" at what had taken place and offered to give me the creased shoe off of the display mannequin. After I declined and asked for a refund they processed a refund and issued me a receipt that read the total of the shoe without tax. I however paid tax so the amount of the tax was not reflected on my receipt. I asked for a manager and the employee stated no manager was in, after I persisted the employee found the manager "in the bathroom" I waited 30 mins before a guy comes out playing Mr.Nice Guy claiming he is the manager and store owner and wanting to shake my hand and ask what the problem is. I explained the issue only for the "manager" to basically say the receipt they issued me with my "refund" doesn't reflect the actual balance of the refund I should be receiving. Which makes no sense, he proceeded to blame the system and having to "log it in" but the system wouldn't update until Monday. All while every objection I had was met with "is there anything else I can do, have a good day"Honestly I don't know what kind of rinky dink operation Sheikh is but this was my first and last time ever going in or around that store. Just by reading these reviews I know many people have experienced what I have with that idiot of a "manager" the store has. Store is a waste of time, the employee morale is low and management is a joke.All in all, youre better off spending a few more dollars elsewhere to deal with better stores who cater to their customers when the store is at fault.

The workers here made my shopping a very pleasant experience. Jabril Madison and Moses were always ready to help me find the shoes and sizes that I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this store for shoe shopping!

Manager Mike definitely does not qualify for a manager position simply because he lacks customer service skills! His staff marked a pair of shoes incorrectly and would not honor the shelf price and handled the situation extremely poorly. No wonder why he seems to jump to every shoes store. Definitely will NOT be returning back to this store simply because he manages it! Extremely upset and disappointed.....
