We miss the management that was here before the management we have now took over. We never had the issues we are have now.

just wanted to get on here an say : Im a current resident I've been here for only 9 months going on one year. I read all the comments before after and during my stay here at Stella Towngate. Everyone is has an opinoin its freedom of speech negative or positive. So here's my take on this place this is just my opinion it has improved apparently it had bad management in the past. I see complaints #1 about trash man coming early mornings YES that's true BUT it has to be done that's what you pay for most apartments galleys are nasty and over filled these ppl make sure its alway empty that's positive. Complaint #2 mail boxes being broken into YES it has happen multiple times but the company try there best to keep surveillance they are aware of the problem. #3 Homeless problem have not seen that anywhere but outside the apartment complex gates. #4 Dog Feces YES it was a problem when I moved here BUT has improved like I said before it must have had bad management in the past. #5 complaint cars broken into I have not had or heard of that happening but hey this is like anywhere else keep your car doors looked. #6 Tabetha I hear a lot about her but FYI this person is no-long with company apparently if you wanna see anyone in management please see TRISHA she is straight forward an respectful she is away available to listen to your views an understanding. She is really clear on rules and regulation that each an everyone who moves into the complex should have a copy of. An have no problem with going over anything so each tenant has a clear understanding about living here at Stella Towngate. Elaina is also in the office I have not had interaction with her but I seem to hear she's just strictly by the books oh well hey that's her job right I'm down with that WE all gotta keep a certain standard for our job titles right ( an know im not getting on here to get brownie points, im here to share my views, im a straight out tell it like it is person ) #7 Parking YES there is no visitor parking BUT at least we as tenants have parking an WE don't have to pay for it most complexes YOU PAY TO PARK that's one of the things that was important to me when I move here. #8 Maintenance I give them a high five hand down when I've had a problem with my unit they have always came. It might have taken a day or two but THEY TAKE CARE OF IT. Also the most outstanding part of if im not getting a random a** person coming in my unit its always someone familiar to the complex we tenants see on a regular. Five stars ***** #9 Pool area needs to be more controlled from outside people coming in who clearly don't live in complex an children needs to be supervised BUT management has addressed this issue. #10 last but not least all I can say is I LOVE IT HERE. REMEMBER EVERYWHERE YA GONNA HAVE SOME KIND OF ISSUSE BIG OR SMALL THIS PLACE IS KNOW DIFFERENT HEY AT LEAST ITS NOT CROWED LIKE OTHER COMPLEXES. So when time to renew my lease most definitely will consider upon reason.Guess I will be joining the other dinosaur tenants ive meet here. HOPE THIS HELPS FUTURE TENANTS SEEKING TO. STAY AT STELLA TOWNGATE ITS NICE AN MANAGEMENT IS BETTER. P.s good luck everyone from JW & CJ

This is not the place to live for peace and quiet. The mornings living here is like living on the side of a freeway. Alarms, trucks reversing, gardeners. It's like the place doesn't care about anyone who lives here already they just wAnt to look good for visitors: also the residents are just as bad. They steal off your patio because there's nothing to stop them. There is no security unless you call them and they a long time to get to you to.

No one works the weekends to make sure the pool area isn’t abused. There are dozens of people who are not residents/guests making a mess and stealing things. They have the WORSE gardening service who will have your family awake at first thing in the morning with no respect for peace and quiet any day of the week. The trash trucks come 3-5 times a week making a huge amount of noise very early in the morning. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you like peace and quiet. Things are constantly stolen from your patio because there are no walls or gates to keep intruders away. There is no security presence during the day or night unless you call them directly

I had a wonderful experience moving into my new apartment! The community managers at the leasing office are so friendly and helpful, it made me feel so welcome immediately.I will say the parking situation is rough there is no guest parking at all so it isn't possible to really have guests over without risking them getting towed. And if you have more than one car there wouldnt be space for both cars. There were a lot of room to walk through with my dog for her daily walks, and there are lots of shopping centers nearby which is very convenient. The apartment is very roomy with lots of storage space as well.

Not sure how to rate this. Overall experience is great, move in was fast and easy, crazy how much you have to make now days to get an apartment. Place is nice, patios and stairs can use some deep cleaning from maintenance. NOW THE NASTY: My GF and I are Clean freaks and when we moved in the first thing I noticed was a couple of cockroaches by the Refrigerator. I pulled it out and about 10 of these guys came running out of everywhere. There was a huge square in the wall behind the fridge where they had an old water supply which is half way covered with the cabinets. Cabinets closest to it had alot of roach droppings and eggs. We seen some for the next few days going under the gaps of the floor boards in the kitchen and restroom area. This was disgusting and uncomfortable. We tried to stay positive and notifying landlord. During that time we did so much spraying, setting up roach bait, taping the hole in the wall, boric acid boric acid boric acid... under gaps of the floor board, even did a bug fogger in the apartment... it seem to help alot and i get it, other tenants are nasty and its a big building. Just inspect thoroughly for dropping and the edges of the floor boards and kitchen area, because these critters only come out at night when its dark.... Management is doing what they can to help but who ever inspects the place prior to move in needs to be replaced. 5 star for management friendliness, 4 star for communication, 1 star for the roach problem. I wish I took more photos from the beginning but this is what I dealt with the past few days... with these rent prices close to $2600 now days, should be roach free...

Do not move in here. They will take your money, and increase your rent every year for a substandard facility. I have been here for six years and it has steadily gotten worse. I have experienced: - My car broken into twice - Mail boxes broken into so many times I lost count - A homeless person sleeping in the exercise room - Insanitary facilities. Tenants leaving their trash on their porch for three days and also leaving dog feces all over the place. I complained to the manager for almost a year and she said there was nothing they could do. This seems to be a trend because there are plenty of negative reviews on here.

Wow! Seeing all these terrible reviews says a lot about this terrible management company! I don't live in the apartments but went to visit a friend a couple of months ago and upon exiting, their automatic gate was not working properly, causing property damage to my vehicle. Although they have cameras and can clearly see what happened, they lied and their "attorney" lied about what happened! All a bunch of liars! Low class jerks!

Let me tell you that this place, and their parent company, Logan Property Management, is trash. The people who work at Stella are alright, but they tow the company line, and the company line is extract every dollar and extend no courtesies. They forget that they work for us. We pay them $1500+/month. I would never rent from LPM. They are a private company with very little transparency, and next to zero accountability. If you have an issue, the people that you have to deal with at the site will just raise their hands and apologize for having their hands tied behind their backs due to corporate policies. Try to talk to someone in corporate, and your emails/calls will go unanswered. I moved out and gave them more than 30 days' notice, then they tried to bill me for giving them too much notice. I turned in my keys 3 weeks before my lease ended, and they told me they had to bill me for that. BIG F*** these folks. Honestly, they probably try to bully every penny they can out of their tenants before, during, after they live with them. I would do everything to warn others that LPM is a trash organization that you should NEVER rent from. Here's their corporate team: Let's wish everyone of these folks is out of a job by the end of 2022!

Maintenance doesn’t fix things in a timely manner, if at all. They blame the slow response on the pandemic but I’ve lived here for 18 months and they were slow before COVID hit. The only reason I renewed my lease was hopes that things would eventually get fixed, and I was afraid to move during a pandemic. Now that things have calmed down I’m taking my family somewhere new. Pros: neighbors are great; the rent is affordable; and the units are big. Cons: GIANT ROACHES COME IN FROM OUTSIDE; the mailboxes are constantly being broken into; the gates keep breaking and you have to wait for someone to exit before you can enter; dog poop everywhere and parking lots filled with trash; no guest parking; maintenance fixes nothing and management gives empty apologies. Don’t rent an apartment that hasn’t been renovated. The cabinets break and the appliances don’t work.

One of the cleanest apartment homes in the area, great staff.

Maintenance orders take months to be filled, the premises are dirty, and they don’t offer parking spaces to all tenants. Also the mailboxes get broken into every week and management has failed to do anything about it. Do not lease here unless you like risking your car getting towed just to find somewhere to park.

We get towed for just coming home. Happened 4 different times now. $300 plus every time. Wish I would’ve known about this bs before I even moved in here because nobody would know of thought of the Consequences to just coming home in these apartments

Listen to me when i say do not rent here... I been here almost 2 years and i am ready to go.... first of all there is a very big Bug issue roaches and stray cats. It takes them forever to fix anything. But my biggest issue with these apts is there is no parking for people that actually live here! They only give you one spot for apts that have two adults in the home and we used to be able to park by chase bank but now chase has been towing cars and the front office do not care!!' They said there is no solution for parking and basically F us and we have to fend for ourselves!!! We pay so much in rent its honestly sad. We have basically risk our car being towed since they have no solutions. Lets not get started on the mail boxes getting broken into every week and i also had my car broken into and they did not give q damn they said there were no cameras ....i 100 percent do not recommend moving here run fast!!!!!!!
