My poor little Diogi had too much Christmas fun and ended up with a horrible tummy virus that had us all worried sick! Today, day3 after 1 bogus emergency visit to a pet hospital I will be reviewing poorly later and a squeezed-in appt to Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic, x-rays, blood work and hospitalization with IV meds, I am SO happy to report my little guy is back to his lovable, energetic self again!! Our regular Vet was closed for the holidays and didn't have any availability! Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic truly cared for my little guy walking me through each step and educating me on things to watch for. Their main concern was him and not gouging my pockets! They were so gentle and loving with Diogi that he was excited to see them this morning for his follow up appt. If you are looking for a good, loving vet to care for your furbaby as you would, I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. O is one of the most caring and compassionate veterinarians you will ever meet. I trust her with my cat, and that's saying a lotPrices are reasonable and they never try to upcharge or charge for services they didn't do.They earned my business years ago when they saw my mom's cat on a Saturday, after hours, when another vet had recommended putting him down. The staff at Sunnymead were able to save him with nothing more than an IV and an injection of some common medicine. You can't go wrong with Sunnymead! My very photogenic cat says so!

Dr. Lauro took in my girl, Cobalt, last year after a mass on her lower back jaw was found. It was fortunate that she had a cancellation on that day and was able to get Cobalt into surgery same day. Unfortunately it came back as bone cancer, and about three weeks later Cobalt had to be put down.Cobalts sister, Opal has seen her 13th birthday thanks to Dr. Lauro. The Doctor is consistently available to answer questions, usually within 24 hours of leaving her a message. The hospital does a great job of communicating with Opal’s cardiologist, and has even been kind enough to help with her heart medications through a donation; something I did not request but greatly appreciate. The staff have always been kind, the facilities have always been clean, and all three Veterinarians my dogs have seen there have been thorough and knowledgeable.Opal and Cobalt were first seen at this hospital when they were 12 weeks old, and the hospital has been with them in care for the duration of their lives.I hope everyone there knows they are appreciated. The veterinary field is stressful, and has been especially hard since the pandemic; as many people bought pets as companions during lockdown.I’ve been a dog owner for about 34 years now and cannot think of any complaints around their services and care of my animals.Myself and my family feel very fortunate to have found them.

Had never been there before, they were so kind, understanding, thoughtful. I was a mess ... had to put my baby "Killer" down, he was old. I can't say enough good things about this place, they handled my situation so delicately, and made the awful thing I had to do less difficult. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for assisting me in my time of need.

Prior to visit, I called some moreno valley clinics because I felt like my chihuahua needed to be seen quickly, my next step was then go to the Emergency. This clinic was the only clinic where the front staff asked me what was wrong with my dog and scheduled me for next morning appt. Other clinics were also accepting new patients but their next availability was in 2-3 weeks. Maybe we were just lucky to get someone else’s appt that had just been cancelled but from the receptionist Heather asking what was wrong until my dog was put to sleep at the hospital, each process and each staff had been so gentle with Mija. Dr Lauro is very kind and patient and so are rest of the vet techs who helped. They let me take my dog out for last fresh air and hold Mija in my arms while she was put to sleep. Very understanding and accommodating. It was my ver first time having to put a pet to sleep but I was told she was in pain and I am still very sad and feel something is empty but have no regrets after euthanasia at Sunnymead. Thank you again for all the staff that helped Mija.

Looking through the list of veterinarian hospitals this one stands out cause of its star rating, but after reading the responses from the "owner" definitely will be going to a different clinic. Before you decide on this hospital I would definitely pay mind to the experiences others have had here. Regardless if your practice is to blame or not for their reaction, or animal illness, the owner takes no accountability for their staff, and tells patients that, "it's not their job to help everyone." I personally called looking for an appointment and the receptionist was not compassionate, and seemed very annoyed that someone was calling to receive service that they offer. You can definitely tell the owner believes that animal heath care is a privilege provided to the few they choose to service.#onestarmovement #piggybank #peta?

The vet and vet techs are great. Wait times however, are not. Even if you are just dropping off or picking up your pet after surgery (after they've called you to say your pet is ready), expect to sit in the office for an hour.

I have been bringing my Frenchie here since he was a puppy (now 4 years old) and the staff and vets have always been so friendly and informative! I always feel safe brining my pup here because I know he is in good hands!

I really needed orthopedic services and I saw this clinic offers that. When I call the office to get an appointment. She rudely said they weren’t accepting new clients and hang up the phone. Possible make an advertisement on your site so we don’t bother you by calling your clinic.

Horrible service for a few years now and today was the final straw. Have been trying to get a prescription for my dog, who has Cushing disease, for a week now because we needed to change pharmacies. We called and asked the vets office about it last Friday and told them after finding the different pharmacy what we needed. FINALLY after a week it was ready today and I go in and the last name is wrong! I had a name change three years ago and have been repeatedly asking them to change the pets and my last name in the system and they never would. Also, they did have my recent last name spelled wrong because it was missing a letter so even then I wouldn’t have been able to use it. I asked them if they could change it today because the new pharmacy needs the last name to match. They said "No, the doctor is in surgery and will be leaving right when she's done." I said I understand that but I just need her to change the name to the correct one. The male receptionist then tells me "well you should have thought about that before then." His huge attitude and him not knowing what he was talking about I snapped. After cussing him out for how he spoke to me, I took my dog and left. I feel bad for the girl who was helping me and apologized to her while she repeatedly apologized for this man’s attitude. The service and wait time has been ridiculous here the last few years and they definitely need to update certain staff members who seem to hate their job. I will be finding a new veterinarian office. Hopefully they’ll be more respectful and won’t blame their clients for their incompetence. I like how they won’t accept responsibility for how their horrible receptionist was acting. Is that better “owner”? Have a great day! :-)
