The haircut was good but the customer service when I was ready to pay definitely needs improvement. When my stylist rang me up I told her that I would be redeeming my points for a free haircut. The system wouldn't allow her to use my points for a free haircut. She called 1 manager on the phone who said I would just have to use 400 points but only get a $10 discount. Thankfully my stylist knew that wasn't right and called a different manager who tried to figure it out then told the stylist to make a note of the transaction and she would figure it out at a later date. That manager salvaged a 20+ year customer. I was prepared to pay, walk out, never return, and post far and wide about the experience. The stylist (didn't catch her name) and the 2nd manager are to be commended for how they handled the situation. The 1st manager needs some retraining.

Daniela was great! Super welcoming. Cutting my hair always bring me anxiety, but Daniela made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated daniela opinions/recommendations i would ask for.

Daniella was amazing and kind. I rarely get my hair professionally cut or styled, partly because of trust issues, and she made me feel safe and comfortable. I had my child with me, which I kept under control, and Daniella was sweet and patient with her as well. She had a lot of great suggestions about what style worked best for my hair. I left feeling great! Whenever I go back, I will try to get her because of her outstanding services! Thank you, Daniella!!
