I had the best experience here. I went for a color correction on my orange patchy bleached hair and she neutralized and evened it out.also making a plan to get it to the color I want. Can't wait to go back. And very reasonably priced. Thanks M!

Left my name the list and was told they would call once I was up. Waited outside the store for an hour but never received a call. I went in to ask how much longer the wait would be but it turned out they took several people before me. I was then told that I would have to wait for another 5 people that were behind me on the list. Message and process needs to be clear so that customers don’t end up waiting over an hour thinking they are next while in reality others are being seen in your place. Staff is friendly enough and I have been here before but the lack of communication made me late to an important event which I had to go to with no hair cut.
