I don't know what was going on.. strange .. noone wanted to help .. every one acted Nervous... as they did their best to ignore me in an EMPTY SHOP... i should've left then. .. soone finally Acknowledged me and cut my hair.. she pressed to hard.. barely looked in the mirror, I watched.. didn't even it up .. At all.I just happen to be Black, maybe that was it.. but maybe she didn't know how to cut hair.. again didn't look in the mirror to see the obvious discrepancy in length , which I saw before putting on my glasses..I did not point it out , cause I wanted to get out. This was an Awful cut.

My hair was cut great and was very welcoming.Requested style: I requested a new style for myself and came out great. She informed me on a great moisterizing shampoo for my thinning hair.

I won't like this place I finished with a very bad haircut. This person was very harsh, not gentle, my ear still hurting as her comb continued hitting it. I will never come back and on top of that 30/dollars for that. Not happy she did not have any technique nor even try to make it better. In total, she spends 19min on my hair.

Called to schedule a color appointment as a surprise for my mom and they wouldn't book an appointment without seeing her first. It's never been so difficult to make an appointment to color hair and surprise someone. And they offered no solution, only no!

Haircuts here are hit or miss. Once you find someone who does a good job, they move on. Very high turnover of stylists.They could also improve on their finishing. Several times they left hair clippings on my child's face and neck.
