I stopped by to activate my phone, it was a bit busy but everyone was friendly and welcoming. Juan helped me and went out of his way to help me change the pin and activate my phone. He was professional and offered me their promotions going on but we kindly declined, I appreciate him not pressuring me. We did wait a bit our turn, but when it was our turn, we were in and out. Would highly come back here to Juan ?

Came in with my mom to add another line to our family plan. We were helped out by Jacob today, he’s always very helpful and professional, he took his time explaining the lines and the plan changes to my mom so she understood and didn’t try to rush through the time with us, he offered us different promotions and watches and stuff and we for one appreciate it because how else would we know our options if not offered to us. Over all we are have been more than satisfied with the customer service at this store. Thanks Jacob and staff!!

Was their waiting for at least 30 min with other customers while dude in the glasses talks to customers about his life and how he gonna get a tattoo ? it quite pathetic ppl obviously do not like their jobs and t mobile should hire ppl that here to get their electronics exam or exchange

Horrible service. Not sure why they have a 4.1 rating. Came a month ago, they offered "FREE" watches and tracking, I said I didn't want them, I already had a watch and was not in need of the trackers. The manager and employee said they were free, that I didn't have to pay for them, ONLY the taxes for the watches, I asked if the watches were Bluetooth, they said yes that I didn't have to pay. A month later I get the bill and I have to pay $300 and some change. I am being charged $10, $11, $10 for the trackers monthly, over $72 for one watch which means the watch is not even free. I am not even sure how much for the other. When I specifically asked how much would be my monthly payment they said nothing over $130. Ugh! It's upsetting, this is misleading to the consumer. I will be sending a letter to consumer affairs explaining this whole situation. Best believe I will be taken care of. ❌️❌️❌️

I went in for help when my account was hacked and Jacob as well as the store "manager" Anthony were nothing but rude! Not only did Anthony tell me he has 50 complaints against him so he doesn't care, he told me I would have to wait over an hour to be helped because I refused to he helped by Jacob. Finally once Anthony decided to help, he added a line to my account and said NOTHING to me about it. It was an overall horrible experience although I will say that that corporate called me after my BBB complaint and made things right. I love tmobile but be careful when being "helped" by these unprofessional reps.

I know all mobile phone services come with issues but wow. Just amazing how many different ways they screwed over my brother in law. No matter what I say people won't believe me so they will go anyway.

Anthony (Assistant Manager) Tried To Be Sneaky with me yesterday When I went in to purchase a new phone. We got along very well and the transaction went well. Until I got home and noticed he Purposely Added not just 1 But 2 Extra Lines ! That we never discussed ! He offered there (promotions) like they regularly do but I declined. So I’m a little confused on why he thought it would be ok to do this without my consent! I will be speaking to corporate! Been a customer for over 8yrs never had a discrepancy like this !
